Does any one know where in the Bible does it say something about when you loan someone money, not to expect it back? I thought I remember reading something like that, but I can't remmeber where. I have tried online bibles, with no luck. Thanks

I recently viewed a question in which the asker didn't really ask a question, which seems to be becoming more and more acceptable these days. The "Question" had to do with evoloution and how it exists whether christians want it to or not. He kept yelling at people trying to disprove abiogenesis as an argument against evoloution.

If you can disprove abiogenesis, isn't evoloution moot point? If abiogenesis is true, it proves the need for a God and it doesn't matter if God chose to use thousands of years to shape life, (although biblical evidence is against it)

If an on-fire christian, a die-hard believer has a massive head injury that causes him/her to have a radical change of personality (which has been known to happen sometimes) and they no longer believe and become an atheist. Where would said hypothetical person go when they die, in your opinion. As many of you know, I am an atheist and think we all just rot. But I'm interested in what opinions are. Please elaborate, I will not persecute you this time, I promise.

If you don't even believe in any of what the Bible says, why are you so angry at the people who DO beleive it? Granted some people are huge evangelists, and will tell you what they believe and try to save you, but we aren't putting a knife to your throat and telling you to love Jesus. If you don't believe it, then fine, don't believe it, but don't claim that Christianity imposes hatred and violence, when you are the ones claiming to hate us, and be angry at us, when all we are doing is trying to spread God's love.

Now I do not speak on behalf of all "Christians" becuase many people can call themselves this. I am speaking on my own behalf.

I believe that GOD allowed for evolution to occur until he decided ultimately to intervene, and place humans as the dominant species amongst their counterparts. I believe that there is a correlation between evolution and creation, but humans created the concept of Darwinian theory and Creationism, and decided to butt heads about it. What do you think? Go into detail if you can, or if ya want to.

I asked a question about God earlier and the answers I got were disturbing. One woman said it says you cant get a divorce unless adultery is committed. Wrong. If you are being abused and things like that, you can. And it is not sexist. Back then, husbands took care of their wives. That is why it is always men doing things and not women. I mean hello, Eve ate the apple not Adam. Anyways, everyone should read the bible all the way through before they start trying to judge it and repeat quotes from it b/c it is obvious that alot of people are just going by hear say.

My mother ( and my 40 year old not working in ten years brother) after my mother's house burned down. I am realizing just how mean and evil she is. If I say up, she says dow. She is also deliberately hurtful. I want her out but I can't put her out. She then says that I will be punished for disrespecting my mother. Isn't respect mutual? Any advice?
