That is a miracle to me, but I really want to know what it really means to be brought back from the dead. Would she be considered an angel. Just curious...

I think that's how the question should have been asked, with a hint of sarcasm.

They say if you follow the path of righteousness, you will feel no pain, no worries, all will be taken care of......I have a hard time with this and things like Katrina, or Cancer....Then they say he has a plan for us all and it was just their time to be with Jesus......OHHHH Bullsh*t!!!! But...., THEN......, I want to be on that path, to have a relationship with The Omnipresent...GOD....so, my educated, brain and spiritual heart and battling.

I guess some would say that is Good and Evil battling in me????

Before you were saved did any of you ever have dreams about demons that were so real you wondered if it was really a dream?

The reason I ask this is because I had this kind of dream a couple years ago when me and a friend got done chanting and playing with an ouija board. I had a dream of being surrounded by demons and I could not move or anything. I tried to wake up but couldn't. Finally when I did come to, I did not want to go back to sleep. I have had others tell me of similar dreams. This happened before I found salvation with Jesus.

I am christian and I am goth. I have bounced from churches to churches because the drama I would get in the church was worse than outside of the church. I don't act out or say anything, I just look different. Why are other christians so quick to condemn me because I look differently than they do? We were not born with clothes on so why would having a couple peircings or tattoos even be anything to get upset about?

There is a large body of information about the different species of animals and plants, systematically organized, which is conventionally represented as reflecting genetic relationships between different species. So, for example, lions are said to be more closely related to tigers than they are to elephants. If different kinds are not genetically related, what is the explanation for the greater and less similarities between different kinds of living things? That is to say, why would special creation produce this complex pattern that is also represented in the fossil record, rather than just resulting in all kinds being equally related to all others?

I'am a 17 year old male and obviously sexually alert at my very peak, however i try my best to be religous and not commit sin. I've always read in religous texts not to have oral sex, view pornography, have sex, masturbate and even look at women lustfully. God has created me with these sexual urges, the very essence of my being, how am i just supposed to abandon all my desires? How am i supposed to deal with it without commiting sin? They tell us not to this this and this but not how to deal with the urges we get?

I've never been really taught anything about God, so I chose atheism because I was great friends with my high school science teacher and he was the only person who cared to show me a way to think of the world.
Then I met someone who is LDS. He started making me question everything. I would like to learn about the LDS religion but my family is always disapproving and any way I choose to start believing in. Instead of supporting me in my decisions they taunt and tease. I'm unsure how to deal with all of it.

children. 'You know kids Jesus sits in the tabernacle all day and no one ever says hello to Him. So the next time you're in church why don't you go up to the tabernacle and say hello to Him.'

Do R Catholics believe that Jesus sits there all day waiting for the priest to turn Him to a wafer or does she not know what she is talking about?

I think it would make sense to let children decide what religion they want to be apart of by not forcing anything upon them at birth or through childhood.

i can tell you the only reason i believed in God was because i was always taught it to be true and was only really happy when i found my own.

Are any religious people going to let their children decide, or you'll have them believe what you want and let them decide later in life??

If you are religious how would you feel if your child didn't believe the same as you??
