the Kingdom of God and The Kingdom of heaven?

Its my belief that names and words have power and that they are given those for a reason.
Therefore I'd say there has to be a difference;
Kingdom of God: Heaven and Earth
Kingdom of Heaven: Just Heaven obviously

The Kingdom of God is where Christians are currently on earth, Body of Christ etc. The Kingdom of Heaven refers to God's Throne in heaven.

according to scripture they are both in your head as spoken by and attributed to your savior and son of god Jesus Christ.
