the Kingdom of God and The Kingdom of heaven?

Its my belief that names and words have power and that they are given those for a reason.

Therefore I'd say there has to be a difference;

Kingdom of God: Heaven and Earth
Kingdom of Heaven: Just Heaven obviously

The Kingdom of God is where Christians are currently on earth, Body of Christ etc. The Kingdom of Heaven refers to God's Throne in heaven.
