Jesus redeem judaism because he was a prophet. Muhammad redeem both Judaism and Christainity and was a prophet. the mahdi promised to muslims will eqaully redeem Islam and thus invariably will be a prophet. If you refute this conclusion name one historical figure that was send by God to redeem the religion current among his people and was not empowered to be a prophet. This person must have successfully redeemed the religion. Only a religion that has deviated from the straight path need redemption. Islam and all religions that existed before it need that redemption today.

and wanted all her attention? She wanted to spend all her time with him and therefore couldn't keep up with her study so she quit half way? And she spent the college money (her parents years of hard-earned money) on clothes to keep herself pretty? I don't think I've heard of anyone who was so blinded by love and stupid enough to destroy her future for a guy, anyone but me. After we broke up 7 years later, I'm now doing low-level job with meager income and seem to be stuck and going nowhere in life because of the lack of a college degree. Do you think God will give me a second chance? No! I cannot afford to go back to school. I hate myself! I'm the biggest loser on earth! I deserve to die!

If there is an atheist who doesnt think Evolution makes any sense or lacks important evidence, is there an alternative theory?

If a creationist doesnt think a 6 day creation makes sense, they can consider the days to be longer than 24 hrs, they can consider maybe God brought forth Adam and Eve through evolotion, they can believe there was an earth time before this one and so on.

Just wondering if all Atheist have to think the same way about this or if there are alternative theories?

Many of the Christians here seem to think agnostics/atheists actually believe in god but choose to reject him and go to hell anyway. If I want to go to hell, then I must enjoy pain. If so, why do I try to avoid pain as much as possible in my daily life?

I wrote the following as an answer to a question asking why muslims are violent. Seems that when I quote the koran muslims turn me in as violating community standards. I thought they liked the koran...
"The koran tells muslims to "smite the necks of infidels", thus we see them beheading tied up hostages. The koran tells muslims to beat their wives also. Given the violence the koran teaches expect more of this from them."

This was told to me by a Christian and I was quite taken aback. Thousands of people were not only crucified but tortured in unspeakable ways throughout history.
Why is it important to think Jesus suffered more? What is it? A competition?
Was Jesus drawn and quartered, put in an iron maiden, hung then disemboweled, burned alive? Thousands of people died far worse deaths.....

If you believe Jesus rose from the grave, and he knew he would do so because predicted his own resurrection, where's the sacrifice?

Your faith says he suffered through a tough couple of days, but then bounced back better than ever.

Every soldier and civilian killed in Iraq has made a bigger sacrifice than that. Every victim of pancreatic cancer has suffered longer and at least as much pain.

And yes, All sex is behavioral.--It's the way one chooses to act out. Everyone has free will. Every sexual deviation from the norm is a behavioral choice. --Like S&M, being attracted to children, and cross dressing..
There is absolutely no way someone can prove that sexual deviation is genetic. I think the earliest one can trace it is in the womb, when too many hormones get in the bloodstream of the developing fetus, either way, something went "wrong". Also, there are factors of environment, traumatic encounters and upbringing.
I think it's very hypocritical how the left wouldn't dare to catagorize any other group with a genetic predisposition, besides the homosexual community
And what makes them so different from any other minority group, where you would say ALL environment attributes to behavior, hmm?
