Many of the Christians here seem to think agnostics/atheists actually believe in god but choose to reject him and go to hell anyway. If I want to go to hell, then I must enjoy pain. If so, why do I try to avoid pain as much as possible in my daily life?

If I am a "pus sy" then why would I want to go to hell? And I'll bet you don't go around smashing your hand into hot frying pans either.

I am a strong believer. Also I believe, a person who does not do any harm during the present life and does his duty to the society has a better chance of not going to hell, but being a believer and do harm to others especially 'knowingly'. Atheism is not directly contribute for going to hell. It is also one way of belief that there is no creator. Merely that feeling alone cannot decide their character as a whole.

Of COURSE we want to go to hell.
All the great minds that the world has ever known are down there... they sure as hell aren't in heaven. Why sit around and kiss God's butt for all eternity when we can party like there's no tomorrow?
