Trying to figure out the difference between ELCA and Syndoulous Lutheran in beliefs and faith.

I just moved back to the "big" city of Fairbanks in Alaska and have been looking for a Lutheran church to attend. There is one down the road that is "Syndoulous" Lutheran. I too have never heard of "Syndoulous" so I googled it and got nearly nothing. My next step would be to stop in at the church and ask the pastor. I was just hoping for a quick answer.

Do you have any other information on this "Syndoulous Lutheran Church?" I have never heard of this Lutheran group.

**Update**
Try Syndoulos Lutheran Church in your search. They are affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (www.wels.net), which is the same Synod that I am affiliated with. I would suggest you go and talk with the Pastor just to get more information about the church. Let me know if I can help.

It looks like you've got some good answers already, but the problem with your search was your spelling. Try Syndoulos Lutheran Church
