I am truely interested. I know a little about the christian religion and basicly what they believe in, but would like to know about the Jewish, Muslim, Budist, and all of the other religions out there.
1. Who do you regard as God or the Almighty one or?
2. What are the basic rules for your religion?
3. What happens when you die?
4. Does your religion believe in a hell?
5. What makes your religion better than the others?

Again, I am seriously looking for differences in the religions or better yet similarities in the religions. Please no smart *** answers like "because my god is the best and the bible says so". I don't want to hear that and think that you have more of a brain than that, so please tell me in generalized terms, you don't have to re-write the bible or whatever book you regard as holy, I just want the basics.
Thanks

I know at one time I didn't believe in GOD till I had a religious
expierence GOD told me some things I was doing right and
some things I was doing wrong, which I corrected. He knows
our tribulation.
There was a famous man in Isreal a few years ago, who
went to a meeting with his peers, comrads. A gun was pulled
out. He was shot in the chest and died. This scripture
points he will live again. "People will come and ask you,
how did you recieve those wounds in your chest?"
"You will answere. I recieved them in the house of my friends".

i want you to read this:

"Now, it is a disgraceful and dangerous thing for an infidel to hear a Christian, presumably giving the meaning of Holy Scripture, talking nonsense on these topics; and we should take all means to prevent such an embarrassing situation, in which people show up vast ignorance in a Christian and laugh it to scorn. The shame is not so much that an ignorant individual is derided, but that people outside the household of faith think our sacred writers held such opinions, and, to the great loss of those for whose salvation we toil, the writers of our Scripture are criticized and rejected as unlearned men." If they find a Christian mistaken in a field which they themselves know well and hear him maintaining his foolish opinions about our books, how are they going to believe those books in matters concerning the resurrection of the dead, the hope of eternal life, and the kingdom of heaven, when they think their pages are full of falsehoods and on facts which they themselves have learnt from experience and the light of reason?- St. Augustine

Okay, do you understand what it means?

Races took on distinct characteristics over tens of thousands of years depending on where they migrated to and what the weather was, and what characteristics genetically 'fit' into the environment stuck with the certain gene pools which stayed in the same region over thousands of years.
Now, how do you explain it? and don't you think extreme differences in physical characteristics didn't take very long to form? How does that make sense to you? That you don't see much difference between Aborigines and pale skin, white blond hair and light blue eyes?
How can they possibly think that those physical characteristics took shape in such a short period of time since no other races have been formed since? Is this yet another leap of faith?
And don't even dish out your bullcrap about 'there is no such thing as race' since everyone on earth can see the dramatic physical differences between certain groups as a whole (as meantioned above).Scientifically there are also different skull types.

One effective means for critiquing a belief system and/or its adherents is to point out significant contradictions between how believers behave and the ideals they espouse. These contradictions can suggest that they don't really believe what they say, that the ideals aren't taken seriously, that the system teaches worse things, etc. Atheists do this with religion frequently, but can religious theists do it with atheism? They try by presuming to say how "real" atheists would or would not behave. These arguments fail because atheism isn't a philosophy that compels any particular behavior. Who is a Real Atheist...

Why should one's inner convictions about the existence of "God" indicate that such a being exists outside of the believer's own mind? if we can rely on subjective "intuitions" about god, why can't we rely on subjective intuitions about other theories?
& if we did do it it that way, then where would that take us? Back to the dark ages now wouldn't it?

corinthians 11: 7-9 " For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. For the man is not of the woman, but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman, but the woman for the man"
corinthians 14:34 "Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith by the law"
Timothy 2:11- 14 " Let the women learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a women to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man,but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve.Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression"
The bible is rather sexist and still women incline to it,why?

This treaty was signed into law by our second President John Adams.

"ARTICLE 11.
As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion,-as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion or tranquility of Musselmen,-and as the said States never have entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mehomitan nation, it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries."

As it clearly reads in our english language, this is not a Christian Nation and was not founded as such.

Has every answer for everything in it? That's like saying an acid addict wrote a fictional book and on the very first page it says: "Everything in this book is true, It holds all the answers! If you don't believe it your going to Tella Tubbie's land when you die and not to happy clowny vill!" And that is basically what the bible is.

You can't expect a book written by MAN that's right MAN like you is ALL TRUE that's as ridiculous as Christianity's silly rules and contradictions it's self.

Also whats up with all this "New testament" Thing? If God knows everything there is and is going to be then why not just say it wright the first time?

And that's my rant for today. Alos im tierd so yeah.
