First, I have to say that I am appalled at the stupidity of some of the answers that I have seen. The Jewish people have been persecuted for thousands years and will be for thousands more. I am not saying that other groups have not been persecuted...but can anyone tell of another that has been for so long. And to respond the the answer about Israel...what would you do if you were being bombed at all times. When you could not go to the grocery store without the fear of being killed by a suicide bomber? I am confused. I believe that people need to have someone to blame things on and since the Jewish people have had it so bad for so long...people seem to think...why not just keep picking on them, they are an easy scapegoat. Come on people... it is 2007, why do we have to be such racists?

to begin with as a group they were given a job, chosen to do it you might say. They understood this being chosen is something personal personal like they were somehow better. Genetically they are also intelligently a cut above. Everybody finds it easy to hate someone smarter than they are and especially if they think they are better and do not at least try to fit in and perhaps use this intelligence for the betterment of others as I assume is what God gave this gift to them for. In the end this snowballs with such things as the people se them own everything so they pass laws they can not own property so then the the thing to own is money and so they end up being the bankers

whats not to understand, like their half brother they are both intelligent and haughty. How simple and obvious does a problem need to be to not see it. If they took their wealth and influence (they own much of the news media and used it to help other races My guess is they could overcome their problem.

As for me I just think we ought not to be picking sides in poroblems Jews have or cause or whatever.

I am a Christian, a Roman Catholic. I do not hate the Jews as a people or as a race. It is more of what they do to others, especially of being unforgiving and vindictive.
First and foremost, they still believe they are God's chosen people.
Secondly, they would not accept the fact that Jesus Christ , who humbly came from among them is the Messiah, and inspite of their 'day of atonement', they have not ask for forgiveness to God the Father Himself as at least partly responsible for His Crucifixion and they still blame everything on the Romans. TheJews. the Romans and all of us sinners were and are, all guilty.
Sorry to say this, but a lot of Jews are arrogant, unforgiving, biased and feels so exclusive about themselves, their tradition and their beliefs. If you believe in Karmic Justice, when you discriminate against other people, that is also what you get, for everything evil or negative that we throw to other people, comes back to us like a boomerang. (If there are people who hates you, why don't you ask yourselves first "Why?" There must be a root cause. There must be a lot of reflecting to do.)
It is like for those people who curse "Death to Israel" or Death to America", it is they who suffer deaths, poverty, sickness and all forms of sufferings, for they reap what they sow.
And unless, they accept Christ as the Messiah, they will never, never obtain peace. If the Jews are looking for a messiah with the qualities of a Muhammad, which seems to be their criteria, then their belief in a powerful, strongman and a forceful messiah is wrong. For the true Messiah, is the prince of Peace and the epitome of humility, kindness and obedience to the Almighty Father in Heaven, which are truly are the qualities.of divinity and Godliness.

i admire the Jews. not a lot the ACLU jews or the large liberal dhimmi jews yet maximum jews. i don't be attentive to what the deal is. Liberals tend to hate the jews b/c of the finished Muslims v. Jews element and then the conservatives are theory to be 'racist' (don't be attentive to if Jew is a race or not) by technique of the liberals....eh. Like I suggested, I loves me some Jews. i'm not approximately to cease eating beef or something yet you're okay by technique of me. Plus Israeli protection rigidity chicks are warm. As for it being a faith and not a race, if that could be a faith it may be open to being criticized not excluded from it. someone can't help their epidermis coloration however the religion they belong to is yet another remember. that could be a decision. yet like I suggested, i admire Jews.

i have no animosity towards Jewish people. i just don't think they're history of persecution is anymore horrendous then the persecution suffered by many Peoples of the world.

PS. objecting to Israel's horrible oppression of the Palestinian People is not an indicator of anti-Semitism. i fail to understand why Israel should be given moral cart blanch to be as cruel as it pleases to it's neighbors just because it's Israel.

PS. well alybr ... perhaps you haven't read the Old Testament. the Hebrews committed genocide on many tribes they encountered so it's not like they were innocent victims thousands of years ago. nowadays they attack their neighbors with disproportionate force, killing thousands of innocent Lebanese civilians using cluster bombs (which is against international law) but many Americans apparently believe that such over kill is okay because it's Israel doing it. are my observations that Israel is not innocent of crimes of their own anti-Semitic or just unpleasant truth?

Maybe you are hanging out in the wrong places to hear these things. I have NEVER heard anyone say anything bad about the Jewish religion or its followers.

Probably something they learned from their parents and friends.

The Jews are survivors and some people hate survivors.
