ZABASEARCH, USSEARCH both have worked for me......also there is birthdatabase.com ...the birth database site draws off of legal documents so if the person that you are seeking hasn't gone through that type of stuff (buying a house) it may not help you. Zaba & USSearch have given me enough info to investigate more on my own. They have in depth reports for $$ that I cannot vouch for nor dismiss as I've never paid for info. Good luck!!
