Gods Name as mentioned in Ps 83:18 OKJV was recorded 7,210 times in the original writings of the Bible and some modern translations have dekleted it and substituted the words God or Lord in place of Gods name Jehovah

Jehovah is NOT a name, Goobalize & Liez R. (Notice how I inserted vowels into YOUR names?).

Let's get it correct. The origin of the word Jehovah is actually JHWH, which IS translated from the NAME - Yahweh using hebrew consonants.

For reading convenience, the vowels were added in and you subsequently see the word Jehovah. But by itself Jehovah is NOT the name of God.

The name of God is correctly given by Torchbearer as YAH-WEH.

Perhaps the following extract will give you a better understanding.

=======================================
"Yahweh is a proposed English reading of יהוה‎ (the Tetragrammaton), the name of the God of Israel, as preserved in the original consonantal Hebrew Bible text. The four Hebrew consonants read JHWH (in German transcription) or YHVH (in English transcription). It is also common to use YHWH.
Jews do not pronounce the name, but use e.g. HaShem ("The Name"). When Hebrew no longer was a living language, the Masoretes added vowel points to the consonant text to assist readers. To יהוה‎ they added the vowels for "Adonai" ("Lord"), the word to use when the Bible text is read. Also the Septuagint (Greek translation) and Vulgata (Latin translation) use the word "Lord" (kurios and dominus, respectively).
When Christians, unaware of the Jewish tradition, started to read the Hebrew Bible, they read יְהֹוָה‎ with the Masoretic vowels together with the consonants as written, and obtained Iehouah. Today this transcription is generally recognized as mistaken. Many religious groups continue to use the form Jehovah, because it is familiar and because the correct pronunciation of יהוה‎ is unknown.
Various proposals exist for a vocalization of יהוה‎. Current convention is יַהְוֶה‎, that is, Yahweh. The 'Yah' part seems fairly certain, for example from Biblical proper names ending in -ia(h) or -yahu. Early Christian literature written in Greek used spellings like Ιαβε that can be transcribed by 'Yahweh'."

In the original Hebrew in which much of the Bible was written, the unique personal name of God appears there nearly 7,000 times! It is spelled הוהי (YHWH) in Hebrew letters. In English, the common rendering of that name is “Jehovah.”

In older Bibles it can be found in these verses:
(Psalm 83:18) That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
(Isaiah 42:8) “I am Jehovah. That is my name; and to no one else shall I give my own glory, neither my praise to graven images.

Don't remember the number of times,

But God said His name was Yahweh.

Exodus 34:5
The LORD came down in a cloud, stood with him there, and proclaimed [His] name Yahweh.

Exodus 15:3
God is a warrior; Yahweh is His name.

Deuteronomy 7:9
Know that Yahweh your God is God, the faithful God who keeps His gracious covenant loyalty for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commands.

Exodus 6:2
Then God spoke to Moses, telling him, "I am Yahweh.

Additionally, Jesus is called Ya-shuah in Hebrew. Both starts with a Ya, I suppose that's why Jesus said God gave Him His name and the name belongs to God.
