Hebrews 13:1 Let brotherly love continue. How is this scripture compared to the world today? Do we have brotherly love among each other or is it lacking?

I heard this from a pastor once in regards to why God allows bad things to happen sometimes. Now, before anything else is said, I would like to say that I am not advocating either side of this. I just want to see what people's thoughts are about it.

"If God were to just zap you out of every single bad situation, you would never need God."

So, what do you think?

I know they believe Ibrahim was asked to sacrifice Ismael. And I know that on certain holidays they sacrifice animals. Is animal sacrifice necessary for forgiveness, or is it just done to show respect?
Do they believe in atonement for sin, or do they simply apologize and that's that?

Romans 4

18Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, "So shall your offspring be."[d] 19Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah's womb was also dead. 20Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.

So why does every christian on here start to preach to me about "needing God", and "immoral lifestyles". You have no idea who the heck I am, so shut up, and read what the bible says.

Since this man, who is probably guilty of many terrible things, has been demonized by the US and subsequently dehumanized, good, pious, God fearing people can dance and cheer at the news of his death?

ALL murder is wrong, the murder Saddam committed AND the murder the US commits in retaliation. If you are happy Saddam is dead then you are no better than he was.

The radical Muslim terrorists will have yet another excuse to continue murdering and where will it all stop? When the last human on Earth is dead? Then maybe that human can kill themselves and the 'virus' of humanity will be gone from the Earth...

For we shall see him do it.
Imagine of you will. When Jesus will descend through the clouds, and lightly touch down.
And the first among us to speak shall say "How did you do that?" though it had ample foretelling.
And the crowd will move in closer.
Then another figure shall be seen descending lightly. Whereupon we shall be in awe. One of us commences to speak, not knowing what to say, and doesn't.
Then still another figure, another Jesus will be seen coming down. And presently another, and another. Within a space of ten minutes the sky will reveal others, many Jesuses coming down.
And a great throng gathers and grows.

In our midst inumerable Jesuses touching down lightly, calmly and with precision. And at the fringes of the throng a short little newsman with an erstaz microphone scurries around whispering loudly "What are the Jesuses saying?"
And science itself will be at a loss for explanation; does not the Bible clearly state one Jesus only will come down?

At some point with any faith you need to believe in the supernatural and you need to take it purely on faith.
Is it so hard to fathom that some people with good reason just can't make that illogical step?
