Was he a failure as a carpenter? Being the son of God, he should have been a master of unprecedented skill - but, there's no mention anywhere of it.

In the first book of the Bible God destroyed the world of mankind because He said all out the thoughts of man at that time were bad.He preserved Noah and his family because he was found to be a rightious man.Jeaus said in the book of Mathew that the world would be in the same condition when He and His angels destroy it for the last time Matt 24:35 I think .Knowledge is the way to survival. celebrated this wonderful event, the reamergence of God. Is this not a wonderful miracle that God is speaking to man again. Why, infact, is this dialog with Bush from God not being added to the Bible? I for one would like to read the exact text. I cannot understand how such a great event can fall on so may deaf ears. Why is the Christian world ignoreing the new words of God?

Note: this question does not refer to any individual, nor do I accuse anyone specific so please try not to take offence at this question. If you do take offence, please reply politely and not confrontationally.

I was wondering why it is that so many of these people that call themselves Christian exhibit, in fact, personal traits and characters completely at odds with the core teachings of any faith. Many of them are selfish, condescending, close-minded and ill-informed, with only a tenuous knowledge of the religions they supposedly follow. Has anyone else noticed this extremely hypocritical behaviour, or am I alone?

It is almost as if these people are members of some elitist club that has nothing to do with salvation- rather it is a social membership, much like (I imagine) the freemasons.

I have no wish to offend those true believers who may even make up the majority, but would just like someone else's opinion of those who preach religion but know little of it?

Thanks!

The support for capital punishment in Islam and Christianity makes them seem nothing more than the religions of vengence.

Can someone help me find the "peace" and "love" displayed in killing criminals?

Originally priests were not able to marry in case they passed church property to children in the event of their deaths, but now they have no claim might it not be prudent to allow them to make their own choices ? Repression of sexual urges is against nature - no?

Because if he's not, that would explain a lot. My experience is people who don't like dogs are not worth knowing:

"For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie." Revelation 22:15

why does everyone presume he was a virgin. Even if he was celebate, do you think he checked out some *** as it walked by? Seriously. Because if he didn't even lust, he had no concept of a man's potential to sin in this area (and look at the broken marriages - it is one of the most common sins). I'm not sure Jesus was qualified.

I would like to make a pilgrimage to Isreal to witness the sacred places of my religion.
I am positive that the jews will give safe passage, but must I worry about intolerant Islams killing or kidnapping me?

Well folks, looks like I'm out of time again. My leave's up,so it's back to Iraq for the second time.At least I got to see my family over the holidays.
The Christians should be glad to get a break from me.
I don't think the zealots will be too happy to see me again though.
Seems I have this nasty little habit of sending them to Allah.
Oh well, back to another bullsh*t religious war...54 down,a few million to go.
