I definitely think that all muslims should not be hated.
The religion does teach violence in certain situations, and in America we have the freedom to choose our religion, or to have no religion. Some Muslims believe that this means Americans should die for tolerating religious freedom. Others believe that only the non-Muslims should die. Then others (the majority) belive that no one should die based on this. Christianity has the same concepts but most christians believe that the scriptures concerning killing the nonbelievers don't apply today.
We have to watch for certain groups of people at different times. Watching and being wary is not hate. My personal opinion is that Muslims are being expolited. People with political agendas are using Islam to convince muslims to be terrorists.

You mean less than 1% of 1.5 billion Muslims? Of course we should not be judged by these people who make up less than 1% of the Muslim population. I never blamed Catholics for the action of the IRA just because the members of the IRA where Catholic. And anyone who does is a small minded simpleton. Some Jews have made bad decisions as have Christians, Hindus the list goes on. Its no reason to hate a whole group of people.
NH Baritone.......How do you know how Muslims react to these issues have you asked ones you know personally?
I don't Hate homosexuals.
I don't Hate atheist.
I don't Hate people who leave the faith.
Do you think i am unique as a Muslim feeling that way? I'm not. But thanks for perpetuating the stereotype that never gets old!!!

I do not think that the Koran says it is ok to kill just as the Bible dose no say it is ok to kill. It has been the traditions of man and shelfish thinking of world leaders in the past and present that have influence religious leaders to kill.Jesus said that it would be like this in the last days of Satans rule over the earth. Mathew 24 and 1 Timothy 3:1-5 will show you just to examples of what the Scriptures say. Ther is a very bright future for those who do the will of the Father. That was the Good News Jesus spoke about when He was on the earth.
I hope I was of some help Bill

No. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to be leery of them either. Especially since you don't see any of the others speaking out against what the few Muslims (who made "bad" decisions) have done and are doing. Their silence is being taken as they agree with what is going on.

Please those so called Muslims are not following Islam rather there own satanic egos. They should not be referred to as Muslims rather Kharajite (outsider) You have to understand the context of the verses! They apply to idolaters those who were already fighting an offensive war against the Prophet and his new believers.
Think about it this way, if we judged all Christians by the craziest lets say (KKK) and then broadcast it all over the middleast repetitively would that be fair?
Of course not, Judge each person by the way they treat you.
Peace Be Unto You

Every religious group has made bad decisions. Non-believers also. We're not to hate each other in any case. If we find ourselves in a religion that teaches us to hate someone else, then we would do good to search for another faith and quickly. If we are non-believers or atheist, and find that our hearts contain hate for any group, then we would do good to find faith.

The large amount of very brutal violence in muslim countries shows that there is a lot of disrespect for human life and people with a different opinion and/or life style. This puts muslims on my list of people to keep a close eye on, no benefit of the doubt anymore.

No one deserves to be hated.
And the best way to assess the ability for a religion to endure a multicultured world is to observe how they handle those who are totally outside the religion's framework.
In other words, how much do they hate?
How do Muslims react to homosexuals?
How do Muslims react to atheists?
How do Muslims react to those who leave Islam?

I don't think the whole group is bad. But they have verses in the Koran (Surah 9:5 and 5:33) which call for the death and mutilation of people who refuse to believe as they do. I'd hate to turn my back on them.
