In the United States, Jehovah's Witnesses do not begin their house-to-house ministry before 9:am, except perhaps to businesses which are clearly open. In some areas, and on the weekends, local congregations may choose to wait until 10:am or later before knocking on doors in their territories.
Since they try to knock on every door at least twice each year, there is little incentive for them to delay or obsess over a particular door, especially if it may alienate or anger the householder.
It seems that from time to time, a secular house-to-house canvasser has noted the anger or annoyance on the face of an approaching householder and so the canvasser has chosen to deflect the householder's animus away from himself and onto the best-known door-to-door group the world has ever known: Jehovah's Witnesses.
It is interesting that Jehovah's Witnesses engage in their ministry without regard to their personal benefit, but instead in obedience to Christ's command and in expression of their love for God and neighbor. In fact, Jehovah's Witnesses would go from door-to-door even if there were no hope that anyone would change their religion, or even if no one would listen to them!
That is because Jesus Christ specifically assigned the house-to-house ministry to the Christian congregation, with no regard for specific results.
(Luke 10:1,2) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos in advance of him into every city and place to which he himself was going to come. 2 Then he began to say to them: “The harvest, indeed, is great, but the workers are few. Therefore beg the Master of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.
Jehovah's Witnesses are trained to direct attention to the bible, and move on when their message is unwanted. Since each congregation in the United States tries to call at every home in its territory at least twice each year, there is strong motivation for them to move on where little interest is shown. Also, the Scriptures help the Witnesses to expect little interest from most:
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching ...and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

You really need to find someone to set your clocks in the house. The morning meetings for going out in service doesn't even start until after 9 A.M. and runs 30 minutes. Than there is the time to figure out who is going with who and in what territories. I have a congregation across from my duplex and see them every day. If you are going to makeup exaggerated claims, you can do better than that.
If you want to find a good way to stop them from coming, just call a local Synagogue and talk to the Rabbi. Ask him how they drove away the Apostles and early Christian Jews who were coming around to the doors of their brethren, telling them the their beliefs, holiday observances, and rituals, dating back hundreds of years were no longer valid.
You could even study the early life of Saul of Tarsus. He was a highly educated man in Judaism, who had clear proof that these people were a cult and were brainwashing people into following the teachings of a man who had no religious education.

Your a liar! They dont go out into the ministry until 9:30 am world wide. Any ealry morning preaching at 5am -7am is done at rail road stations, or else where.
If you really dont want to be bothered tell them to put you on a do not return list, and then they wont bother you anymore.
