There is not a creature alive in this world that is not a soul. Souls are what we are, and no life form can exist without being animated by the soul that it is. All souls go to heaven, and that includes neanderthal man. Then after each soul is ready, it comes back into physical life again....countless times.

Christians don't believe that neanderthals existed. Along with any of our predecessors in the evolutionary tree.
Besides, there is no heaven, just like there is no Oz or Narnia. They are all imaginary places.
