that makes you believe it? if you believe in the big bang theory, than you're basically just putting faith in a bunch of people that are basing what they say on something some one else heard from some one else who heard it from someone else, who heard it from someone else who was probably just making a story up to tell his grandkids? THink about it

There is so much anger in here and judging....I have fallen into it, but I try to stay out of it the best I can.

When will it be enough?? Most people are too bull headed to listen to an idea outside their beliefs.....so are we all just wasting alot of time??

Athiests, do you really think you will talk a Christian out of believeing? Christians, do you think judging athiests helps their perception of Christians?

What is this accomplishing???

It has and creates war all over the world. I have many religious friends specially i have many christian friends. But what often amazes me is howe sure they are on things. And pity me that dont belive in there God. For me God is a great power i see God in everything that is good. I see God in friends and family in the beuty of the nature.I can't belive that in 2006 some people belive the earth is just a few thousands year. That Noah had 2 of every animal on a boat. (what a size that boat most had) And the bible many many chapters where left out. Who did that God or humans. In the beging christianity was split in many beliefs who decided what was right God or humans. If God want me to go to hell just because i like a drink ,sex before marriage, dont belive in the bible or asking questions if he exist well down i go. My God likes that people do the best they can and not hurt eachother

People have been robbed, beaten and stabbed after being lucky enough to wait in line for days to purchase one. The kids who make it home with them probably spend much more time playing their video games than worshipping Jesus. I'd like to know the church's position on this. Is the playstaion 3 evil?

That number was set loooong before your kids were born. Now, if you and your kids are, then you must believe that God would 'bump' someone else off the list.
Conversely, you believe that the list only recently reached 144,000.

How can Christians believe the teachings of Christ who said "Love one Another" and then bully someone else into doing what they want, which is to persecute people who don't agree with them.

I'm not saying it's ok or not ok to be gay - but where in the New Testiment does it say that its ok to persecute someone who doesen't believe like you do.

I don't want anyone to mess their lives up because I've challenged them to an ego duel to prove their beliefs by not saving for retirement. I think one responder said it best that although they believe we're in the last days, the time period is up to God - so it would be arrogant to listen to our own ego and not prepare for ourselves and our kids with 401Ks. Again, sorry for an arrogant question.
