I'm Not An Atheist!...I'm a True Believer Of GOD....and I've been wondering the same thing!.....why do atheists think they are sooooo smart?..and why don't they log onto a "science & mathematic forum" instead of a religious/spiritual forum??????...my answer to you from what has been proven by atheists questions & answers on this religious/spiritual forum is : Hate, Harassment, Mockery, Disrespect, and Insults To Believers!.........check it out!.......

Being Atheist doesn't make you smarter in science. But Atheists tend to be accepting of science and don't find a conflict in it with what they believe.

Where did you get the idea we are all math and science types? Just because we are more prone to going with evolution? That means nothing. I'm not math minded at all (oh yeah, that section would be reaaal fun...), and while I find science interesting I'm not a big sciencey type either. Artistic actually.

some could say that technological expertise, questioning, and documents are all evil and satanic. The bible actual makes that element very clean in genesis! in accordance to the creation fantasy in Genesis, Adam and Eve's "sin" substitute into gaining expertise. So, all humanity could go through because of the fact Adam and Eve did no longer choose for to have the comparable mind as animals. i think of the real sinner is God. yet possibly it extremely is why he needed humanity to proceed to be ignorant? Independently questioning all and sundry is confusing, if no longer impossible, to regulate.

because some of us are assumed to be atheist just because we don't agree with what chirstians say, plus the religon catargory is so much more fun! And being atheist does not make you smarter, it simply makes you more logical

They aren't saying being atheist makes them smarter. They know that there are assuredly dumb atheists, just as there are dumb Christians and dum pagans and dumb just about anything. It's just that Fundamentalist Christians have a habit of making themselves look stupid. There's a big difference between saying 'my scientific belief makes me smarter than you' and 'your scientific belief makes you look like an idiot.'
