Will these Christians who insult others still go to heaven?

No. It is not okay. It is not even okay to insult the devil according to the book of Jude!
Will they go to Heaven? You show me a Christian that never sins, and I'll show you a person that is pulling your leg.
We all have things to learn. We are first forgiven, saved, born again, made children of God - then we start learning, and it is a slow process.
Do you have children? If so, is it okay for your children to insult people? I suppose not. If they do, will you kick them out of your family? I doubt it. So why would God kick a Christian out of His family for doing something wrong? He would rather teach us, and He is patient. very patient. Don't I know it!
Edit:
But it doesn't work the way the Lady dragon describes it either. That's just a caricature, which I personally find very insulting. If we are born again we start changing. We are a work in process. The work is not completely finished though before we die. But we are in the Family!
But it is not a question of saying: "Oops - sorry, God!"

God insults people all the time. Good Christians want to be like Him.

(Proverbs 3:34) "God insults those who insult other people."

Of course, if you look around, it's not too hard to find examples of God insulting people who don't insult others first. He compares Jerusalem to a 'menstrous woman' in Lamentations, he compares the same city to Sodom in Revelations. And that's just when he's picking on Jerusalem!

No God is not OK with us insulting others, and usually I personally will feel conviction if I treat someone wrong, I usually go back and apologies (even though it is hard) but if I do not go back and apologies I would still get into heaven, my salvation does not depend on how well I do, it is based on what Jesus did. I do believe I will still have to answer for the things I have done here on earth, but I still inherit eternal life.

I don't understand what is up with all these questions on these forums. Are you people too ignorant to realize that Christians aren't the only bashers out there?

You may find that the reason you hate Christians isn't a religious one. Is it political? Your arguements are one-sided, you always point out the small handful of atheists, etc, who timidly back down and apologize, but you ignore the other 98% who bash other religions? "Ehhhh, Christianity sux, there is no God, mlegh mlegh mlegh."

Tired of it people, grow the frick up.

No, I'm not Christian.

To answer your question...no, he probably isn't pleased at the small but prominent handful of bad eggs that give the rest of the batch a bad name.
It depends to what extent they insult, but I doubt a minor thing like a loose criticism will send someone straight to Hell.

Can't answer on the heaven part--I'm not God. I don't have a part to judge.

All I have to say is that's it's sad that Christians have gotten to the point of insulting everyone who doesn't agree with them. They aren't living the life God would want them to lead!

In Peter, Chapt 3, it is said that a true Christian will not convert by words but through actions. A GOOD Christian will not try to corner a nonbeliever and attack them with scripture--a TRUE Christian would be the best Christian he or she can be and try to influence those around her by her actions.

Short answer: no.

As for the second question, the answer for that is very long and requires some belief that there is more to death than just heaven / hell, which even the majority of Christians don't know of. Suffice to say, while it doesn't affect their salvation, it will affect the reward they receive come the End Times, and they will experience what we often refer to as 'weeping and gnashing of teeth' in the outer darkness while the rest of the faithful (in reality, this will be a minority) will take part in the feast of the Millennial Kingdom.

God is not okay with Christians insulting people, as for heaven, that is his choice.

No.
Most likely.

Insulting others violates the 5th commandment, Thou shalt not kill. Actual death does not take place, but insults can injurous, because they are an affront to the dignity of the human person.

Who goes to heaven is between God and the person, though God does not send anyone to hell, people send themselves. Nobody can judge a person's heart, and following evangelical slogans is not a guarantee of salvation.

The worth of souls is great in the eyes of God. He loves us like we love children and I know it hurts him when we hurt eachother. To be worthy of heaven I am sure a person has had to learn at least that--it is after all the greatest law: LOVE.
And so yes, to answer your implied question, it is disturbing when so many people are rude and insulting in the name of their ideas of Christianity.
