For example, I love my mother, and have never feared her, but I did as she said (most of the time) but my father, who I was fearful of, I was openly defiant to. Isn't bowing to fear an act of cowardice?

everything has a builder right?

you see this house. you do not know who the builder is. you never saw the builder.you never heard the builder say anything.you never touched the builder.but this house has to have a builder!

but what about this world?doesn't the universe and the planets have to have a builder?yes, we already know about the so called creator. but who created the creator? have you ever thought it this way?what if our world had a beggining?obviously it did. but who made all these things that we see in the front of our eyes?what if there is an ending?

the thing with the builder is my opinion about god. i never saw, touched or heard him but i know he was there to make actions. just like the builder, god is here. somewhere, but no one knows.

RELIGION!

a friend once told me something they think of when it comes to religion

for anyone who knows alot about different cultures and faiths.. apparently alot of them are very similiar with minor differences.
this is the theory:
dating back many many years ago.. there was one relgion practiced and beleived by all on earth and somehow, like a glass window it got shattered and the peices left strewn all over.
as years passed, people all over started picking up the peices and this is where different faiths came in.
this is said.. there was always meant to be one major religion, we just have them all spread out and confused.
im not saying this is what i beleive, i just want opinions from all..
all comments are welcome, however, please no purposely putting down any culture or telling me im totally wrong and dont know what im talking about.. if you disagree with this theory, just say so and why
this theory is not mine , so please dont say anything bad towards me

...man to start the "get a girl into bed and never call her afterwards" trend? mind you i haven't read the bible verbadum, but i'm just asking... did god ever even speak to mary again after he knocked her up?

...and just to clear some things up, i know this question is only gonna last about 10 minutes, but i thought it would be funny to strike back at all the smack i've heard christians talking already today. :)

the sheets in the churches were torn in half. to me, this says that no man is more important than the other to have a seperate place in the church to communicate to god. that anyone can do it anywhere. am i wrong in this fact? ALSO if this is true and if i believe this correctly, why in the LDS faith is there a special place in the temple for their leader to "talk to god"
