When it's my time to go, I WANNA GO! I'm looking forward to an eternity free of evil and wickedness, snuggled up to the bosom of my Heavenly Father, singing with the saints.....

Because we are human - that's the simplest answer. On another level, is because "earth life" wasn't meant to be forever. There is a purpose for us being here, which we can hopefully figure out in the time we have. Whatever religion, or even if you are no religion, we should find a purpose, which for me is looking to maximize happiness and obtain an understanding of learning. With a purpose, and the ability to accomplish it, you can overcome the worry of death. Death is not a bad thing. I image life beyond what we now see is grander.

The simple answer to your question is, "Death is a vital part of the life cycle." You need look no further than your earth home to see its significance and meaning.
Spring - Birth and Renewal
Summer - Growth and Development
Fall - Maturity and Harvest
Winter - Death and Rest.
This vital cycle happens over and over again, every 365 days. As you are a part of this wonderful cycle, you need not fear death for as the energy of the harvest is returned to the earth and is reborn in spring, so will you post bodily death. It really is that simple.

we as human beings came on earth to develop only.this is not our home, after development,we are to return to our source.earth is like a class room just for studies and therefore temporal.that is why we are born, live for a while then die when time is up.
even this earth has a beginning and whatever has a beginning must surely have an end!
such is human beings to!

Hebrews 9:27-28 And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment, 28 so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.

The reason for dieing is because of our disobedience to God when Eve ate of the fruit that was forbidden. Why opt for this sinful world when you can have heaven and live forever.

This is the life cycle so nobody lives forever else you would be immortal. If nobody dies, then probably there's not enough place on earth for everyone!

To make room for new life. There can't be any, if what's here never leaves.
I'm really glad to hear that you're in love with life, though. Be happy.
"We are here to drink beer. We are here to kill war. We are here to laugh at the odds and live our lives so well that Death will tremble to take us."

Partly to provide food for worms and fungi. But mainly to make room for the next generation and facilitate evolutionary change.

If you live your life to the fullest; savor every moment; be true to yourself; help the helpless; be the voice for the voiceless and have a positive attitude....you do not die indeed....
you will never die....trust me...
