in my last Q http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AkcyR.CYccEfdJWTyaeGASfzy6IX?qid=20061031063238AAz9UQz
I wasn't generalizing all Christians..but only those who don't stop saying that Islam is violent and then shift to love and peace in Christianity..I qouted from both OT and NT..and as I know that Christians believe un both and that they came from the same God..
I personally have some Christian friends and I don't like to harm their feelings..but I posted this as a reply to the other ones who don't stop bashing Muslims..Is it clear now?

Now, after a period of time, since the dust settled and only a few radical Muslims killed or were killed because of "words", do you Muslims and Christians still think the Pope actually "apologized" or did he define the issue and draw a line in the sand for future discussions?

Do you think we "pay" for our actions in one manner or another? Like letting someone out in traffic or letting someone go in front of you in line at the grocery store results in good karma and hurting someone or sleeping with your boss results in bad?
And do you think fate brings people and their actions together, or is it all just free will?
I don't think there's any plan anymore. I think we all fly by the seat of our pants, every day. When we die, it ends. Like a candle being blown out. No afterlife, no heaven or hell, just the end.

Everyone realizes that the same questions are getting asked over and over again and being answered in the same way over and over again. When will someone ask a question that hasn't already been asked and answered ad nauseum?

Having had my previous suggestion of settling all wars through football knocked back, I've come up with a new idea to achieve peace in the Middle East.

Anybody who thinks that their religion is worth fighting/killing/dying over will be airlifted into the area. Anybody in the area who would rather live peacefully among people of many different faiths faiths will be airlifted out. A five mile thick no-mans land will be established around disputed territories and a perimeter fence built.

Then all factions can go for it, killing, exploding, burning whoever and whatever they like in the name of the one true God, leaving the rest of us to get on with our lives. Whoever wins gets to be right.

Any extremist/ terrorist activity elsewhere in the world will be dealt with by being dropped into no mans land and left to find your own way to your own people.

Sooner or later, they'll have killed each other off and the rest of us will no longer have to worry about it.

Good plan?

The very existance of the Holy Spirit invalidates Islam.

Jesus said He would send the Holy Spirit as a witness to everything He had said.

Jesus said that the true followers of God would worship in the Spirit of Truth.

How do you explain the infilling of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tounges, so that people can be witnesses.

This question is for believers and nonbelievers. People of all religions, doctrines, spiritual thought, etc. Who or what is GOD to you? How is it you feel HE is guiding you? What is it that makes SHE feel as if you have a purpose opposed from the covetted direction of mankind?

And for nonreligious people who answer. Any answer is welcome. Why you believe? Why you don't believe? How you came to your conclusion and so forth?

PEACE!

Are the negative ads in current political ads, many produced by so called Christian candidates, upholding Christian values? Some barely hold a kernel of truth. Is a half-truth Okay? Is an outright lie ? Has wealth and power become the Christian goal? Or is it simply that they can excuse their Christian beliefs because politics and religion don't mix?

Without original sin there would have been no need for Jesus. If God didn't intend Adam and Eve to sin, would His plan involve them just staying alone for all eternity in Eden? If He did intend them to sin, why did He punish them and the rest of mankind after them?

What if you die tomorrow, as a result of a tragic car accident, or a fall, or a murder? You've all heard of this Jesus guy. What if He does exist? And you never paid Him any attention. You've all heard the Christians plea to Honor Him and Confess to Him.... .otherwise you're not going to heaven.

Sooooo, How much time do you have left? Are you SURE?

That Islam teaches violence while Christianity teaches only peace and love?
If you believe that Jesus is God than can you explain to me why did he order things like this:

1Samuel 6:19-20

And he smote of the men of Beth-shemesh, because they had looked into the ark of Jehovah, he smote of the people seventy men, `and' fifty thousand men; and the people mourned, because Jehovah had smitten the people with a great slaughter. And the men of Beth-shemesh said, Who is able to stand before Jehovah, this holy God? and to whom shall he go up from us?

Ezekiel 9:5-7

"Then I heard the LORD say to the other men, "Follow him through the city and kill everyone whose forehead is not marked. Show no mercy; have no pity! Kill them all – old and young, girls and women and little children. But do not touch anyone with the mark. Begin your task right here at the Temple." So they began by killing the seventy leaders. "Defile the Temple!" the LORD commanded. "Fill its courtyards with the
