No because they are physical needs and God dose not work in a physical world, now if they are spiritual needs then and only then I believe God would help.

No, but it most certainly is the first place to turn in earnest prayer. The bible also speaks of the older men and women who have wisdom and experience who can help you to reason on the problem and come to a way to deal with what ever you are facing. As always the bible has scripture that applys today as much as it did many centuries ago and is just as timely. The principles there are just as true and good for us now as then.
1 Timothy 5:17 says:
17 Let the older men who preside in a fine way be reckoned worthy of double honor, especially those who work hard in speaking and teaching.
1 Peter 5:1
1 Therefore, to the older men among YOU I give this exhortation, for I too am an older man with [them] and a witness of the sufferings of the Christ, a sharer even of the glory that is to be revealed: 2 Shepherd the flock of God in YOUR care, not under compulsion, but willingly; neither for love of dishonest gain, but eagerly; 3 neither as lording it over those who are God’s inheritance, but becoming examples to the flock. 4 And when the chief shepherd has been made manifest, YOU will receive the unfadable crown of glory.

To people of faith this is true. But God often uses people to help other people. That's why I said to people of faith this is true. For instance one time when I really needed a job I prayed to God for help and the next day I "just happened" to run into a Christian who told me about a great job that I ended up getting. Another time I needed some work done on my car at a low price and I asked God for help. A little later I "just happened" to meet a Christian woman at a church outing who asked me about my car and she "just happened" to know some Christians who owned a body shop. Before I went to talk to them I looked at my bank account and saw that I only had $400 that I could put towards car repairs. I had already been to a shop and they told me that just to take out the dents would cost over $900. When I showed up at the Christian owned body shop the man who owned it and said that he would give me a deal since I serve full time in the ministry looked at the car after I told him how much the other shop had estimated the repair cost and he said "OK, how about $400" the exact amount I had prayed about.
People who don't have faith write such things off as "lucky coincidences". But I know that God heard me and provides for all of my needs since I live a "Kingdom first" life style.
Matthew 6:31 Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32 For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Absolutely! He knows you inside and out and loves you more than any human being could! He knows all about your problem,He knows how to solve it,He knows the future,He gives you guidence and He is able to surround you with people and situations to help you beyond what you can imagine! God is the first one we should go to in all our needs! Psalm 46 says: "God is an ever-present help in trouble.." Ask him for help and wait...He's always on time even if we think he's being slow!

When things are out of your control and the world seems to be closing in around you, when there doesn't seem to be any way out of your situation and you feel like giving up take a deep breath count to ten and honestly ask God for his help. You can ask God for his help anytime of course but i find that in these moments of sincere dread and hopelessness we are able to truly give up our pathetic concerns and worries and ask God for help without any thought of what if. All we can think of is i need help PLEASE and we are willing to do anything to get it including being frightful honest with ourselves and baring our soul to God with bowed head and extreme humbleness. In these times God smiles. Peace.

no there is plenty of aid available for assistance. God is the only one who can understand you more than yourself. He is willing and able at all times to assist. For things that medicine, people, money cannot fix then people will find that God is not limited by these things and nothing is impossible for Him.

Hell no it's not true.
Why are you allowing a book of decietful and hypocritical ways lead your life? You can't honestly call yourself pure if you do this. Christians are evil.

Do you believe on Him? Do you know Him(as much as any of us can Know Him), or are you just acquainted with Him? If you knew Him, you really wouldn't have to ask. If that's what you need, then get to know Him for yourself. Get to know Him through His son. Christ is the source, the Cross is the means!

"God" didn't come through for me at all.
