...and they get their ticket to heaven?

And how many times can they ignore scripture? Whenever it suits them?

And does this mean christians can murder, rape, commit genocide and it's ok as long as they ask for forgiveness after they're done?

Well i am a Christian and I have just recently come to the realization of how important this small country is. I realize that the Jewish people are blessed above all. I also believe that if you call yourself a Christian and u do not like Jewish people that is utterly one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. First of all the Bible which u follow was written by Jewish men. Jesus was Jewish. And Christianity could not exist without them.

I also believe that America trying to get the Jewish people to give up their land just to maintain peace is wrong. The jewish people have a Bible mandate to the Land!

Did u know in the Bible it says that anyone that persecutes one of his chosen people or holds something against them The Bible says it is like sticking your finger in God's eye. Yikes. I sure am not fond of poking God in the eye are u?

I thank God (literally) that i live in a Nation that supports Isreal. We will be blessed for this.

Christians and the like have been trained to believe that God is a man. That he made human's in his own image. So where did the idea come from for the female form? Women are not in his image and are percieved to be the weaker sex, but they are powerful enough to create life.
In theory, what if there is a Goddess? What if the lives of christians (and the like) have neglected and abandoned her for all these thousands of of years? Could this be a reason why so many people have claimed to have suffered in the name of religion? Because they praise and respect the father of all that is and not the mother?
There is a masculine and feminine to almost everything. Why not a Goddess?

I keep hearing from many of you guys over and over that there's all this proof showing that your god is real. None of you guys ever show me the proof when I ask for it, so I went and asked a couple of scientists at my university. They both said that there wasn't any proof nor evidence to support your claims. I then asked them about the evidence/proof supporting evolution and they gave me tons of it.

Why do you guys continue to lie to me?

No, I'm not asking who influenced or changed the world the most, although those may also apply to this individual, but who did the most for mankind's benefit. Please give some detail as to how they did this, not just a name. Thanks.

Have you seen this video about the pope's recent muslim mess:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6b_vVNP4nM

The question it asks, which seems valid, is, "Has the pope ever read the Bible?" How can the pope say that "Violence is contrary to God' nature" when the Bible is full of violence?

Stories in the Bible, like Adam and Eve, Noah and his Ark, do you believe they really happened ( you know Eve talking to a snake and Noah building a boat big enough for every species on earth) or you do you think most of it is symbolic?
The reason I'm asking is that when I ask a question about the Bible on Y!A at certain hours, when especially non-American christians ( British, Aussies) are on, they believe that those stories are symbolic, meant to teach us something about ourselves through tales....

Ok I'm a Christian but I mean there are so many questions like that right. I mean people are always like "Well if God knew Satan was gonna do that or If God knew Adam and Eve were gonna do that, then why did he create them?"

This is all my brain can come up with I have picked it around in my head.
See I think with those statements we are forgetting two very important things
1.We live on earth
2. We are bound by it's laws.

One of the laws of earth is TIME.
It says in the Bible that 1,000 years can seem like the blink of an eye to God.
Basically that when we get out of earth there is not time. I mean for all we know Satan falling from heaven could a just happened like a couple years ago (according to God u know not earth time) I mean when we say things like "If God knew beforehand" We are forgetting that beforehand may not mean the same thing to God or futher more beforehand may not mean anything at all to him. So many people tell Christians to think outside the box. (more)

If God does indeed exist and is a man as is portraid in religious images why did he put testicles on the outside of the body? The penis i can understand because its needed out there but the soft and danglies on the outside only serve as an easy target for whoever wants a shot. Either God is a woman or he had a sick sense of humour, what do you think?

Not as in how long have you been a Christian, but how mature you think you are?
1 month, 5 yrs old, 20 yrs, what? I ask myself and I have been a Christian for about 5 months, and I think I am about 3 months old. There was a man who said he has been a Christian for 20 yrs but he really asked himself how old he was in his progression and he said maybe 1 month. He never got past the being saved stage and didn't do his part to grow for 20 yrs and really felt like a newborn in Christ. I think it is important to keep on growing in the Lord instead of staying a newborn or you miss out on all he has to offer you.
