Have you seen this video about the pope's recent muslim mess:

The question it asks, which seems valid, is, "Has the pope ever read the Bible?" How can the pope say that "Violence is contrary to God' nature" when the Bible is full of violence?

The violence in question pertaining to the bible might be better described as God cleaning house. Or perhaps weeding his garden. Yes the Pope has read the bible, not to mention studying all manner of other religious texts and probably has more knowledge of God than most, which is why he is the pope.

Yes he has read the bible and way too many others have too. They all know it is a book of how things was at one time just like any other book, But yet they want to live in the past and try to act like people did back before it was known to be a myth.

However Islam is only proving what the Pope said to be true. If you are not an Islam believer you must die. One quote from 6000 years ago and they burn 7 churches and kill one Nun. I think half the churches was not even the same belief as the Pope.

Religion of all brands needs to be eradicated. The world of religion is very very evil. Religion is the largest killer known to man.

If you bothered to read the Bible, then maybe you would understand where the Pope is coming from. Remember that the Pope is a Christian, and thus the fullfillment of God's message is finalized through the Christ. This is where he is coming from on this statement.

Pope Benedict XVI holds a PhD in theology and speaks Latin, Greek, and Aramaic. He has written more than 40,000 pages on the New Testament alone. Yes, he has read and studied the Bible extensively.

The powers that be chose an old senile Pope they could manipulate. The previous pope was a basket case for 10 years also.

Ah, but violence is NOT contrary to man's sinful nature.

You are commiting a slight logical fallacy. Perhaps to refine your question and then revisit the Bible.

It's probably a requirement of the job! Your question is more about which book and verse people are meant to take as true when there are so many contradictions. No-one knows for sure!

Sure he has. Like all Christians, they read all about the violence, killing, genocide, revenge, murder, rape, deceit, bloodshed the bible is so full of, all ordered by god himself, and then smile and say "god is love!"

So there you go.
