I am an extrovert person but i also love being alone.During times of solitude i express myself by writing poetry..prose..praying ..meditation..This silence gives me the opportunity to think of other people who needs my care and love.

I'm all for sticking up for you at the moment, because I think the amount of shite being dished your way is unfair. But Agent86's post has made me think.... although he hasn't asked the question, so I will...... So my question is:

Why don't the moderate Muslims make more of an effort to condemn these terrorists that are committing terrible atrocities across the world in the name of Allah.... (I don't believe these men/women who do this to be Muslim or have any God).

Or do your faith leaders condemn and protest loudly, but the Western media just simply doesn't report it or provide them with a loud enough voice?

I have just seen the same questions being asked over and over again, and just wondered if people get tired of it as I have? No matter what you say, they just keep on, it get old after awhile. Do you agree? Thanks.

It appears many people have become so ignorant of religion that they have adopted pornography, banned in Islam and Christianity, as a means of worshipping one or more of God's creations, when they don't believe in Him.

punish the sinner? It would make more sense for him to remove the sin from the sinner than to punish the person acting upon it. Or perhaps he does hate the sinner.

Islam honors all the prophets who were sent to mankind. Muslims respect all prophets in general, but Jesus in particular, because he was one of the prophets who foretold the coming of Muhammad. Muslims, too, await the second coming of Jesus. They consider him one of the greatest of Allah's prophets to mankind. A Muslim does not refer to him simply as "Jesus," but normally adds the phrase "peace be upon him" as a sign of respect.

No other religion in the world respects and dignifies Jesus as Islam does. The Qur'an confirms his virgin birth (a chapter of the Qur'an is entitled "Mary"), and Mary is considered to have been one of the purest women in all creation. The Qur'an describes Jesus' birth as follows:

"Behold!' the Angel said, God has chosen you, and purified you, and chosen you above the women of all nations. Mary, God gives you good news of a word from Him, whose name shall be the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, honored in this world and in the Hereafter, and one of ........

"If you're not part of our vision, then there's no point being here". I thought all I needed to do as a christian was to believe and be baptised. This church like people to attend small groups where they live locally, but I hate groups! I just like to go to this big church on Sunday, as I can remain anonymous and can sit and receive the teaching, without having to join in any other time. Do you think I should still go and ignore what they're saying or what?

I can not help but think that the Christian God has a lot of prejudice against homosexuals as to commit them to an eternity of Hell. I have thought of reasons as to why they can not produce children, but using logic we could also realize that many do want to adopt children that heterosexuals do not wish to raise. Having them adopt children without producing children can solve a major problem occurring in the world today. I would think that homosexuals would then be a major contribution to society and humanity. Why do you think your God is offended by homosexuals?

I wish to ask for everyones opinion on the following:

If you are Muslim, I ask for your view on Christianity
If you are Christian, I ask for your view on Islam
If you are none of these, then comment on both.

Please try and have some respect but still put your view forward.

(I think I am right in saying that muslims religion is Islam? Sorry if I am wrong, please correct me).

The Pope used the following quote - everything Mohammad brought was evil and inhuman, "such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached".

I previously suggested Jesus may have been in the rag trade in his first thirty years, a profession much associated with the jews...but I got called girly-boy for just suggesting it...another person told me he may have been a glass-blower also very popular apparently...but if Jesus had been a sporting hero which sport would he have been likely to play in those ancient times?
