Mankind will no longer need robot or human priests.
They are now mature enough to independently seek the truth for themselves.
There had been priests in the past, because only the hearers can pass on the word of God through the mouths of the Prophets with additional interpretations while the masses were not well educated to make independent researches.
Today, we have almost all the Holy Books available on the Internet and men are so knowledgeable to consider all physical, intellectual and spiritual matters.

In the beginning the word was with God and it became Flesh, not robots. Robot priests implies a robot god and I serve a living God. No ways. We will never see that. Good question however.

There will be robot priests in the robot church, but I doubt they would be ordained into the 'people' church. If it doesn't happen in futurama, its unlikely to happen in real life.

some one will probably program a robot to churn out sermons it has stored on its hard drive. safer for the choir boys to have robots than having human priests lol

Well, if our cyberbaby should be baptised, I'd rather have it done by a robot priest.

EDIT: Awww, Barneyboy, you're the best.
