I think that depends on what you're worrying about. Just plain worry, not a sin. Worrying that you might be caught for something you know is wrong, then the worry part isn't a sin but what is causing you to worry is. Help any?

Some christians think anything to do with human nature is a sin. Stop torturing yourself! Live like the human being you are!

...What to do about worry? Worry is an emotion that God has given us, to spur us on to action. Not all worry (concern) is sin, like a soldier worried about his wounded buddy. Worry can also make you sick and unproductive.
...Worry is a lack of trust in God and therefore sin.
...What do we do about worry? Philippians 4:6-7 says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made know to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
...The verse above tells us to put off our worry, and pray about everything with thanksgiving, asking God for help. He says His peace will guard our hearts and minds.
...Pray like everything depends on God, and work like everything depends on you (do what you can practically).

I have been told not to worry, that it is sin. So in order not to worry, I try to take it to God. Most people nowdays worry. It is not good. God does not want us to worry. So imagine, that you will give the worry to God. Good Luck
