For me there are many times and ways. I like private Eucharistic Adoration, and I like quiet music and candles.Mass is very Spiritual for me too.

My Testimony : I was at church praying for the Lord to fill me with his spirit and someone was with me and they told me to Believe and Receive. and i was still praying with tears in my eyes and all of sudden as i thought about it I called on JESUS and it was like a fire was ignited in my bones and like my stomach felt like rushing water and i began to start speaking in another language uncontrolable and it felt gooooddddd like a super annointing had been poured into me and when i got home i continued to pray and the speech became more clear although i still didnt understand what i was saying. and i have had spiritual discernment and the power to live ABOVE SIN AND REPROACH ever since.

This is a serious question. As an atheist i feel that things happen because of choices made by people or in some cases its just an accident. In the case of the asian tsunami how can christians justify the loss of life? do they believe it happened for a reason? if so what was the reason?

Is the Bible a happy book or what – it’s so sick and full of hatred. The Bible literally requests that we hate our own parents, wife, husband, children, and even yourself. God is saying that you must always put him before your families. You must love God greater than anyone or anything else.

Tell me religious people, does this sound like the qualities you would expect from a good, kind, caring and loving God? Can you not understand why the Bible is evil, that religion is madness, and Atheists, apart from being more intelligent, have a much better moral code to live by.

Did God know about all these things before he made you, if so, why would he give so many such great rewards in society while giving others such a horrible time in this life?

I saw a similiar question a few days ago. Some protestants claim the saints are too busy with God, than worry about us. Others said, they watch us, but not active. Yet others said a lot of wierd things-like they can careless.

Interesting.

The bible says, "therefore since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with perserverance the race that is set before us."

A great cloud of witnesses watching us. That brings me comfort in dark times. What do you think?

I'd like to ask my many friends who are non-believers/Agnostic/Atheist.. or any other that reject Jesus and his claims/offers.

My question is why do you reject him?

Please focus just on his message...NOT Christian people. So I'm asking for the "Jesus" reason's not the "Church" or "Christian People" etc...just Jesus!

Maybe what he said, maybe you believe he never existed, etc...that's what I'm looking for.

Help!! These really stupid girls think they are hobbits and "celebrate" grass and ponds and read anime cartoons like they are little children and accuse me of not knowing what their "new religion" is all about although it sounds like they are just ripping off bad comic books and lord of the rings films.
