If God wanted everyone to be wealthy, why is there so much talk against wealth and riches in the bible?
Why is materialism against just about every world religion?
If we were all healthy, none of us would die, does that make any sense in life?
Happiness is the seeds you sow.

Happy and healthy, yes, wealthy? It depends. Everyone claims wealthiness in a different way. God wants everyone to be happy and healthy, and to prosper.
The devil wants everyone to be sick, suffer and to be out right miserable.
See the difference?

It is God's will that we have that happiness which comes from knowing and doing His will. Jesus says "I come so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be complete." Does this mean we will never feel unhappy? No. What God wills is our good; He desires us to be with Him forever. Some will be wealthy, healthy, and have little apparent suffering in their lives--but what is suffering to one, is not to another, so it is hard to judge this. But those who are wealthy must be careful not to use their wealth for sinful actions. Those who are healthy may have to work harder to realize how precious their good health is. God gives everyone challenges that are suited to their individual needs -- those challenges that will draw them closer to Himself and their ultimate happiness.

God wants to give to every individual that which will lead him/her into a path that will find His Son and Salvation. If God sees that a person will only respond to a hardship or a sickness or to poverty then God will allow Satan or the Fallen World to cause such things. Because God is all loving he knows what is best for the people and only wants salvation for all. He sees the bigger picture that we can not see. Some will respond to his disipline others will not.

no its God's wish that everyone views life as a journey and not a destination. That each person grows and does good not only for himself but also towards mankind and thereby attain liberation from this circle of life n death.

Do we deserve to be happy, healthy, and wealthy?
I think we have the freedom to choose our own paths in this world (and still be Calvinists!).
