Because He knows what is best for all of us and how we will be the best contributor to the society at large.
Maybe a person is ugly to prevent them from being raped by a crazy or so that they would develop their brain more and cure cancer.............
Sometimes we suffer because of what others have done. Like drug use can cause a deformity. But God can still work that for our good. Maybe a person who is mentally challenged creates more Patience and sacrificial love in those around them. Or keeps a vain mom humble.
I have a girlfriend who was born with a seriously disfigured face, her parents tought her that this was the way God created her because He loved her. She had many surgeries to just make it so she had a usable mouth and was not too terrible to look at. She is an amazing lady and looked up to as a real leader in our church group. She found a very loving man who married her and has sons who are very respectful and proud of thier mom.
My daughter is very beautiful and my son has a lot of emotional issues. She recieves tons of favor from society and her brother has been a terrible trial to her, I see her tendancy to be a snobby mean girl and her brothers situation keeps her humble. Also I have suffered from joblessness for the past year and am now gravely underemployed. Miss socialite has had to suffer with a smaller wardrobe and cannot participate in expensive extra curricular activities. It is all good for her.

Lets take your question apart and think a little about it. God is all knowing, all powerful, God is Love, God is everywhere. God is everything.
Do you not think that God is aware of everyone of His children. God in some case throughout the histories has given certain people gifts of intelligence and strenght, and incite. God does not curse His children or allow them to be put into danger.
We do that. Take for example pollution. Does it cause birth defects? Does it cause disease? Eating garbage like fast foods and the wrong kind of food like fish and animals that are scavengers, don't they cause ill health and even death?
Don't be so envious of the wealthy. They have their excess baggage to carry around. We are responsibly to God for what we have and what we do with what we have. I'm a rich man today but I have little money. Some wealthy men are rich as well. Being rich has nothing to do with money. Its nice to have but not necessary to get you into heaven.
Of course God knows all things. God has a plan in mind for each of His children. He will never burden you with more than you can handle, and always give you a way out of every situation.
I suggest that you separate yourself from this world and focus on God and His ways through Jesus Christ. If you believe in God, trust His Word. There is the answers to all your questions.><>

beauty is in the eye on\f the beholder. its only skin deep, even the ugliest person can be smarter than the prettiest. I'm not pretty, but i have a brain. I'm not intelligent, but i have common sense. you don't have to be a genius to have a cause for the good of people. people have some problems so that they can help others who are going thru the same thing. for instance my youngest has a medical condition that is very uncommon, but i am a mother who tell people about it, instead of keeping the info to myself. i am a poor person, but i share how i can stretch a dollar that people who have to much money take for granted and waste(not all do that of course) sometime a tough childhood makes a stronger adult. yes god knew you would go threw this, but his blessing in the end is what matters. for instance , i got child protective services called on me because someone misused their purpose, but the end result was they helped me find a better home because my child needed a safer environment for her health condition and we didn't have the resources ourselves.

We on earth value the "pretty ones" more than the "ugly ones" and He loves them all the same - enough to send His Son to die for them. Just because someone is "ugly"according to the world's standard and opinion does not mean that they are ugly to God. And just because someone appears "beautiful" to us does not mean that they appear beautiful to God. "Pretty is as pretty does," as the old saying goes. Man looks on the outward appearance, but God looks on the heart." (I Samuel 16:7)
Some of the most "beautiful" people I have ever known were also the ugliest in their words and actions. The Lord gave certain people gifts of beauty that reaveal HIS beauty (we were all created in His image, the entire spectrum of humanity does not completely describe and express Him). Just like some people have a great intelligence, which was intended to point to HIS great intelligence. But if someone isn't a beauty queen, and isn't a professor at MIT doesn't mean that they have no gift or purpose in life. But how people that have these gifts treat others, and how they think of themselves is of the utmost importance to Him. He is watching all of it, and will reward accordingly.
I say that "beauty" is a curse. It seems like the majority of the people that have it are extremely shallow and self-centered (although admittedly - that is a very general thing to say, I know there are exceptions). They use their looks to their advantage to get their way in life, and they don't care about others too much. If you feel put-off because you aren't getting to live your life that way, then you need to check yourself. That's like me choosing to hate Bill Gates because he has all that money and I don't - that's wrong.

You have to know that God controls everything...and creates everyone in his own image.
There is no-one better or worse than you. We each come with our own problems and perhaps handicaps. Either born with them, or we aquire them as we get older.
No-one is perfect with only beauty and intelligence. It seems to me the more handsome certain men have been throughout my life; they have turned out to be egotistical, selfish, cheaters and complete "bad boys" NO THANKS!!
God looks at the heart anyway. He doesn`t care what we look like on the outside. Only how we love and care about others around us. Especially the poor and downtrodden in life.
We will get blessed for how we do treat others. So we all have to take what we get, bad and good and deal with life the best way we can. If you look around you and think somebody has it better that you. YOU`RE WRONG~~ You have no idea what they have had, or will have to go through in this life. When we age, everyone slows down, has pain, etc.... But if your inner heart is loving to those around you. Your beauty will shine through. No matter what the "package" looks like on the outside.
Take care and God bless.

The One True God gives everybody a soul which is hard to see, but it is more precious than the universe and anything else beyond it.
And He gives to all the same and most difficult lesson of selfless love to sincerely, patiently and successfully practice before returning to His eternal abode for a more advanced lesson.

The freedom of physical control is left up to us, spiritual control is Gods. When I make choices not do what is necassary to have certain outcome, i pay. Include the mate i choose, but what I do affect others too. If I choose beauty I get beauty if my parents are ugly then its a good chance i may be ugly....... Don't blame God for what we are responsible for.
When I SMOKE OR EAT THINGS THAT CAUSES ILLNESS OR EVEN DESTROYS my body the effects are sometimes unknown untill its to late......DON'T BLAME GOD!!!

Beauty is subjective. It is an accident of nature. A roll of the dice, you might say. People decide what they find beautiful with looks. I find all people just as valuable no matter what they look like. I don't believe that there is any methodology in what gifts we are blessed with by birth. That is totally up to our gene pool. Thank your parents for the good and the bad and deal with what you were dealt.

How would you know if someone is pretty/handsome if you don't know what an ugly person looks like. If there were no ugly people then there wouldn't be any pretty/handsome people. Also you have to take into consideration, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think it is just like good and evil. But please don't misunderstand, some ugly people can be very beautiful and some beautiful people can be ugly.

The more one has... the more one will be accountable for.
Beauty is only skin deep though. I used to date a model once and they got problems too. For them it is getting sincere people to date them for who they are and not for how well they can perform for them. Many beautiful people can actually be quite miserable and lonely. They are the ones that suffer from people who lie to them just to get in their pants. Look at Hollywood? Divorce is the game there. Is there any sincerity and long lasting quality relationships? They are rare. Worse... the children... it is they that are the pawns in that chess game.
