The call to Jihad in the Quran is well known. But it is in the Judeo-Christian text, too. 2 Chronicles 15:13 "That whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman." The Islamic terrorists simply folow their text, but moderate Muslims and the majority of Jews/Christians don't follow this verese. Who is more consistent about their "faith"?

It did not come from the Bible, because it clearly teaches that man is a living soul, not that he has a separate soul. And if you believe the Bible is God's word, why would you not believe what it teaches as opposed to other theories?

Why would we get to eat? OUr bodies don't need nutrition to survive anymore, and if we did eat in heaven, do we evacuate our waste in heaven as well or do we have no need for that?

Why would we get to eat , but not get to have sex?

If we no longer get to eat or have sex in heaven, as our flesh craves in the material world, then why do we need to wear clothing? Is it cold in heaven?

I don't mind if you give scripture references, but please no loooooooonnng quotes. I can look things up myself!

Atheists are also welcome to answer. If you wish to reference anything specific to back up your beliefs, that is ok also.

NO SLAMMING OF OTHER PEOPLE'S BELIEFS IS ALLOWED. All such answers will be reported. I only want to hear what YOUR FAITH teaches.

All of them seem to disagree on so much. If all of us believe in Jesus then why do we disagree so much? This makes no sense.

happens when the human body dies. Why busy oneself, while alive as to what death will bring. All there is is NOW, this moment-the rest is manufactured mind produce.

MUSLIMS ARE FUNDAMENTALISTS AND TERRORISTS

Question:

Why are most of the Muslims fundamentalists and terrorists?

Answer:

This question is often hurled at Muslims, either directly or indirectly, during any discussion on religion or world affairs. Muslim stereotypes are perpetuated in every form of the media accompanied by gross misinformation about Islam and Muslims. In fact, such misinformation and false propaganda often leads to discrimination and acts of violence against Muslims. A case in point is the anti-Muslim campaign in the American media following the Oklahoma bomb blast, where the press was quick to declare a ‘Middle Eastern conspiracy’ behind the attack. The culprit was later identified as a soldier from the American Armed Forces.

Let us analyze this allegation of ‘fundamentalism’ and ‘terrorism’:

1. Definition of the word ‘fundamentalist’

Gods Existence has been Prooven by Science/History

here are my reasons:
---------------------------------------------------
They Have prooven the events that had happned in the book of exodus (one of the first books of the bible) they have prooved the events such as the spilting of the sea and so on did indeed 100% HAPPEN they have found a eygption document this docuyment has no relivence to the bible but what this ancient tab states is Moses and the isrelites and moses God the tab hated on moses and called isrelites evil along with moses God prooving this document is very fragile and discovery people have unconverd this do to its age they do not dare mess with it because it is fragile. but translaters and other people have found out what it states it states moses did this and that, at the end of this presentation from the history Channel they asked a final question was this intelligent chain of events coincidence or was it by a divine power beyond us.

A Jew told me YHWH translates into I am.

When Moses asks, in response to the calling of God, "Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they ask me, 'What is his name?' Then what shall I tell them?" He is first given a description and told to tell the sons of Israel that "I AM the One I AM" אהיה אשר אהיה, or "I AM whatever I need to become".

What is the name of God according to the bible, and what did Jesus call Him?

What would you say if Adam lived for Billions of years in paradise?
What would you say if creatures which closely resembled humans were present in paradise with Adam but did not have the same capacity as humans?
What would you say if all creatures worked together in perfect peace and harmony?
What would you say if No evolution took place but was actually the observation of these myriads of creatures which no longer exist?
Aside from spending all that time and effort trying to disprove God, or make God fit into the evolutionary mind set, all things that were ever observed were placed on this sphere for the human race to manage for the glory of God?
Not that it is very clear in the Bible but it is possible that God did all this because he could. Does it take any more faith to believe this then it takes to believe in evolution?

i have studied alot about God over the past couple of weeks and met many people. Ive been told all of my life that jesus is gods son, he was crucified and died for all of us. then i met a sweet islamic person who made me laugh and i thought we were friends,
but turns out since i cant agree 100% with him on his beliefs (qur_an) that he has doomed me to hell!! says he will see me at judgement and say: in other words...i told you so. ) he says he has warned me. and we cannot be friends!! it hurt me.
but now my opinion is that there are so many beliefs and religeions!! if we put trust in god, believe in him and pray all will be ok.
when someone is born blind & deaf and cannot hear gods salvation, will he send them to hell?? or indians from long ago? or ppl who live in jungles??
i feel that god the supreme being of the universe, loves all ppl.
he understands how we have been taught! no certain religeion will go to heaven. some of all. god sees the heart, how we treat others! well?
