even when I invite him to come to see what is going on, how dangerous is this? I feel threatened by my neighbor, because of his past actions towards me and my family. This one guy acts so vicious, I am afraid what he could do if he becomes really angry. I have tried my best to communicate with him, concerning his vicious dogs. Instead of wanting to work with me and my mom, He threw us out of his house. I dont feel safe in my part of the world. I am not the only one in my neighborhood who doesnt like whats going on, but no matter what we say, the situation still exists.Other people have voiced their concerns to me and my mom, but they dont want to get involved. We need a protector for our area. Help!!!!

My boyfriend told me a while ago that it drives him crazy when I wear panties that keep riding up and I am constantly picking them out of my butt. I had a couple of panties that did this quite bad in high school and he told me that he loves it particularly when I try to pick it subtly in public trying not to be noticed.

My husband may be influenced by the co-workers or radio shows he listens to during the day - not sure. He drives around all day and is with guys all the time. How mean is this? I finish tomorrow for Christmas (I'm a temp secretary), and since I started here, I've had no desk and have had to 'desk share' when someone isn't in the office for the day. I have to keep swapping all over the place. The desk I'm at now, the person's coming back to it later today, so I have no desk for an hour. My boss says, "Well, as you've an hour before you go home, you can help me stuff letters into envelopes". How mean is that? You'd think she'd let me go home, as I've no desk and near to Xmas.

Hi all,

I'm living in Asian while my boyfriend is studying in EU. His aunt has just left my country. Before this, I sent her a Christmas gift for him, which up to now did not reach her home yet. The package is expected to be delivered earlier.

My bf is very sad now as the gift cannot reach him on time. Is there anyway to compensate for him :(. I'm really sad too. I hope I could do something digitally and send it over email for him :(

A close male friend just asked me that today... If he or another close friend complimented me on my breasts, I wouldn't mind, but I probably wouldn't take it as a serious compliment, more as a joke. Hi - would appreciate kind words today - feelin very down

Been very sick since last week and took off Mon, Tues from work..even tho was sick went in on Wed ...coz felt pressurised from manager to come proove I was ill!
struggled thru Wed..coughing badly etc and evident to all at work ..look very ill!
Got doc's appt this Fri coz thats earliest they had and said to manager when leaving on Wed that I felt worse and prob can't come in tommorrow thurs.
i call in sick today as goin in made me worse (especially as there are 2 guys who keep staring at me nonstop!)
Have a good attendance rate overall, but I feel guilty by her that i am jus skiving when i am feeling very ill...and tried to come and work.
Director said can have xmas eve off unpaid...when i said to her that i am likely to be sick past Mon and asked if need to come in - she said hav to come in n show faces 4 half day!
Been good honest all my life am always hard on myself..feel bad dat this 1 time sick hav 2 proove it!

So I've come to the conclusion that I will tell someone three times that they either have a booger in their nose, or that they haven't gotten it. First I say, "You've got a booger creeping out of your nose. Do you want to check out a mirror?" If they decline the mirror, I give them three more, "Nope it's still there." before I just say, "Ya you got it." and walk away.

How many do you give, or do you keep saying, "no it's still there" until it's gone?

I don't like to say "I'm going to powder my nose".. or "Excuse me" and just leave... depends on the situation, of course. But then again... well if you take too long people gonna start to wonder and think or say things... Because, let's face it... everybody knows where you're going and what you are doin' (well... not "exactly"). Happens all the time and some people are really weird and I knwo people who just "hold it up" till i's over. What would u recommend?

Last time I gave her some really beautifully packaged soap and before that, a gift basket of toiletries. She is alert in her mind, but sometimes relies on a walking frame. She is heavily built. I want to get something that will get some sort of reaction, like WHAT A FANTASTIC IDEA! I ALWAYS WANTED ONE OF THESE! Because she just gave a weak nod at the last two gifts, as I suppose bathroom stuff is all anyone ever gives old people. I thought of perhaps a gigantic water pistol that looks like a machine gun, and she can water the garden with it. At least there would be some reaction from her and the other guests on Christmas day. I would ask her rellies but I am afraid they might mention something that is too expensive and/or something that I have to spend 3 days hunting down. Because I have made that mistake before with other people. I am going to her rellies for Christmas lunch and we are all contributing to the food and drink, and we usually all exchange gifts.

Like, you are just asking a question and the way the person responds is like they are trying to belittle you. I know some people are just like that, but why? I don't think any of the questions I have asked have ever been stupid. I am a stay at home Mom. The only adult contact I have in a day is with my Husband whom I see for an hour before he goes to work and then If I stay up past midnight, I can hang out with him for an hour or two. This is my release and the way that I get other adult contact. My husband isn't interested in talking about the stuff I ask on her. We get such limited time together

i just went to my company x-mas party. It was nice, but my boss kept commenting on the fact that i wasn't drinking a lot... she didn't do that with anyone else there? She made a few sly remarks almost to pressure me to drink more. Personally, i know how drinking at work parties can go sour... so i was just keeping it cool. I had a strange encounter with a classmate last week,he was standing in the lunch room alone and when I entered he was staring at me,we both looked at each other to the point where our eyes got locked and our pupils were dilated,he kept his eyes on me this whole process was for 3 sceonds,and I shifted my eyes for a second to look at the vending machine and then involuntarily excuse me uttered from my mouth,with that he shook his head with a closed smile but shaking his head he scanned my lips,neck and god knows what else and than shook his head with a smile,turned his back and with hands in pocket started walking the other way......what does this whole scenario mean

I have a co-worker who is relatively new to the department. She makes a lot of mistakes and when she is corrected she acts snotty and then talks about you behind your back to a friend she has in our business. My boss knows her behavior and is going to talk to her about it, but I think her snarkiness (I know, not a real word, but I love it...) will get worse along with her attitude and snotty remarks. I try to get along with everyone in the dept even though there are those who I would not hang out with outside of work and I do a good job. I actually tend to make close friends with my co-workers, so I can't be that bad! I just hate the high school stuff she is pulling. I am way past that (but by no means old!) She sent an email about me to me instead of her friend so I got to see what she says. Just called me a name and tried to start a crappy conversation with her friend. How do I put her in her place?
