"I'll have a double non-fat mocha half decaf soy latte, no foam - in a double cup. Not too hot."

This is one reason I never go to Starbucks, aside from the fact that Starbuck's coffee always gives me heartburn.

longer order because they are ordering for an office instead of just for themselves or longer order because they are being inconsiderate and/or have had their order messed up before and want it right from now on? You need to stop and think about your question--starbucks is set up to give you coffee just the way you want it, gourmet coffee at that so there are more options than just cream and sugar. someone said it is the the mcdonald's of coffee, try an upper-scale burger king. if you are asking because you work there, and have this feeling then perhaps there are two reasons why this is so...1. you hate working at a coffee shop and/or 2. you aren't really good at customer service in a restaurant type atmosphere...either way, you might want to reconsider a job change, unless of course, you really have no other skills.
