Oh Elric you have had me creased up!!!! You are so funny and a real tonic to have around - thank you!!! As to the stuffing - I have got chestnut and cranberry for a change this year!

For a little extra flavor in the stuffing you can roast your chestnuts over an open fire. A couple minced finely will do nicely.
