this could stem from several reasons to bacteria, allergies, bowl sickness, food poisoning ect.
I would call and have a talk with your dr see if they will help you figure out what is really going on.
my sister can not eat alot of meats with out getting very very sick she has to have a high fiber and veggie diet, and the only thing they can find is that her intestines are more sensitive than most people.
I have added a web site that will help you narrow down your symptoms and hopefully get you pointed in the right direction.

Are you eating things like bread and things containing wheat in it with the meat?
It's most likely either a gluten allergy or celiac disease.

Farmers use hormones to get that animal big fast, they overspray pestisides over the herd of animals for parasites, and, then they give them antibiotics to stop infection. do you know you can directly give yourself a cancer cell or a diseased cell from an animal? did we forget about mad cows disease?
your body is telling you something. isnt it?

Some kind of food allergy, I'm guessing. Consult with your doctor.
