And after consuming each choccie you lick the little envelope and stick it on your nose then blow really hard with your mouth in an upward direction. You can make them fly across the room, it's two hours of fun packed time . My question is: Do you think this is acceptable in polite society?

I only ask because I stupidly left my phone on the bus and I haven't seen it since. I've tried phoning it but it's going straight to voicemail. It's not that great a phone so I doubt it could sell for much. If it was a wallet with wads of cash, I could understand people keeping it, but a phone. What would you do? Be honest.

However attractive someone is, to me they become revolting when they obsessively chew their fingers, take them out to inspect, shove them back in to gnaw of another little bit of nail, regardless of how they appear to the rest of us. If they want to do it, fine, but do it in private, not on the bus, please.

And hair flicking ! Have you ever sat behind a woman who never stops finger combing her hair and flicking her dandruff all over you ? I was in a bakers once, and the woman in front did this constantly - all over the doughnuts ! Yes, they should have been covered, but I left without buying anything.

Am I the only person who feels like this ? And what things which people do in public revolt you ?

I have seen gals reprimand guys and call them "pigs" when one held a door open for her saying "I can do it myself". Another gal did not let a guy carry her package saying " I am not that weak, the box won't break my wrist." Is chivalary a form of chauvinism in an age of hyper-feminity? The other day I walked out a hotel lobby letting the door slam behind me knocking down a pretty ballerina who called me an "uncouth brute". I am confused. What would be a sensible game plan for reading female expectations?

I plan to be guest of a family I have never met in South Africa. I know they drink wine at dinner, but I can't stand the stuff. I've tried drinking it without grimmacing but can't. Is it an insult to bring something non-alcoholic to use and share (a favorite bottle of sparkling cider in my luggage) or even just request water at the table? We're all Caucasian, if there's a cultural difference there.

Sometimes I can't believe how poor people's spelling is on here and I am too distracted by wanting to criticise them for it to be able to answer their question. I mean, there is a spell check available if you have dyslexia or poor english. Am I just grumpy or is anyone with me?

I was a CNA for 8 years before getting my nursing degree. I now work as a night shift charge nurse over 4 CNA's. I like the girls I work with and want us all to get along so we don't hate coming to work everynight, I am just afraid that being too friendly will allow them to take advantage of me. I have never been in a supervisory position before and would really like some advise on this. I know how hard their job is, I did it for years and I also know that if the aids don't not like their charge nurse they can make their job hell.I guess my question is where do I draw the line. I was always taught to respect my elders and one of them is alot older than me and I feel a little awkward telling her what needs to be done. One is still a teenager and the other 2 are 28 same age as me, I even grew up and went to school with one. I worked very hard for this and I want to be a fair boss not someone that everyone whispers about behind their back. Help?

In College in a dorm room, 2 of my 3 roommates, went on a trip this weekend and left the sink full of dishes and a pan on the stove full of water. They also left the trash full past the brim.

I took the trash out, buy am debating on wheter to clean the kitchen and wash the dishes, its filthy, in my standards, there are crumbs, and what not all on the counter and floor.

The thing is I rarely every use the kitchen, the only thing I use is the microwave, I dont' even use there silverware, I use my plastic one and paper plates.

But its just really filthy and getting to me. Now I consdering once I get off work to just clean and get it over with. Because I was rasied to keep a clean room and kitchen. Also should I vacuum the living room also. I plan on vacuuming my room, becuase I use it, but I'm hardly in the living, either I'm in the library or my room, So should I vacuum that too?

What Should I do?

I am hosting a baby shower party, and the mom-to-be asked me to call more people (about 10 persons) just one day before the shower. Also, my house is small, and turns out that there are more than 30 persons, and I was expecting about 20. If it is unappropriated, how can I tell her that, without hurting her feelings?

Help! I have been invited for a bridal shower, and they have placed a gift registry with Croft and Barrel. My questions are:
1)If I like an item from the registry should I buy it ONLY from C&B or can I buy it elsewhere for a better price?
2)Should I gift ONLY items mentioned in the registry (as some of them suck) or can I buy something else?
3) Would giving a gift card be too tacky?
4) Also, should we take another gift for the wedding reception which is few months from now?

I appreciate your quick responses! Thanks!

The USA spends more money overseas for people that hate us and not for or own. I see people on the street with infants, small children and want to know why we are spending the money here at HOME. I am tired of helping people that spit in our faces. Charity begains at home first.

A girl at school has a really bad body odour problem and everybody knows it but her. We don't know how to tell her that she should wear de-odourant. It is becoming a big problem with people avoiding being around her because of her stench.

True story, I went to a store, I will not name the store because i dont want to be sued. I wanted to return a present. I was the first in line. I went to talk to the lady at the register. She looked at me and said she was handling something and told me to wait. I waited five minutes then another customer came. He was Hispanic. He walked right in front of me and starting talking to the white women at the register. I let that go, i figured she knew him and after he was done she would see me. Now three second later the gentlemans friends came, 3 other hispanic men. SHe rang them all up and sent them on thier way. Now i was irritated but still understood maybe they were friends...so i waited. 10 minutes went buy and she didnt even talk to me. I requested to talk to a manager. The women rolled her eyes and called the manager. They manager was asian and said why are you white ppl so impatient.
