On the back of the movie "Broken Bridges" they have written "the black bars that you are seeing are normal and don't try to adjust your screen" (or something to that effect). Do people actually worry that something is wrong with their tv's now that they have this written?

The other night I was entering to the garage where I keep my vehicles, and when I was passing by my truck (I was driving my car) I saw a lady emptying her purse all over my hood.
I stopped and told her that that wasn't her desk.
She replied to me saying that she was looking for her house keys and she had to do it before she leaved the building.
I told her to go do that over her car's hood or at the guard's office but not over my property.
She sarcastically called me well-mannered guy.
I told her I was obviously a lot more well-mannered than her since I don't go dumping my stuff over other people's cars.
She asked me what was the problem, if I was a maniac over cars or what.
I said I hate to find scratches on my paint (as I did before) and told her to move on and go bugger the guard if she needed a desk.
She even looked at me like I was wrong and she was right.
Was I?

I hate to beat some one at something. I feel guilty if I beat them.
I'd rather let them win if it means so much to them.

I recently found out due to past agreement with lease or payment, my landlord end up have a four bedrooms apartment to himself for 350 a month. The apt cost 1,080 a month.

He rented out three rooms for 350 each per month. So basically he's making 1,050 a month beforehe even pay his part for lease. So he make 700 in profit a month. However he pay all ulities include multi channels television and high speed internet.

I confronted him about it, I was shocked he didn't even make any attempt to hide this. He straight out say yes he pay only 350 for lease and rest of the tetants rent goes to ulities or into his pocket.

I tried to talk him into charge everyone only 100 while he can pay 50 or so a month. He refuse to have any of it. He simply say "well I got all neat furnitures for all of you. I let everyone use shelf full of books and my playstation 2 and 360 x box on my big screen television.

When I am around a bunch of people, Im fine!! Im outgoing, and not shy at all.. But if im with someone one on one... or just 2 people, I like, get shy, and awkward.. why is this??.. how can I change it?

Please tell me this, and help me try to understand. This question does'nt go out to everyone, but in my opinion this goes out to most of you. Why is it that most of you who drive find it necessary, or at the least, find it acceptable to tail gate other drivers while on the road. I find it so irritating, and in fact, because of my anger management issues I tend to drive much, much slower when someone tailgates me. Do you really thinik that the person in front of you is gonna drive faster because you are right up their a$$? Stop doing it, you might find yourself behind me someday... Explain yourselves!

He's not an employee-employee, we just call him up when we need something done to our computers. My boss and I take pix of him slobbering all over the desk. He's not Narcoleptic, he just doesn't get enough sleep because he parties all night long. ANd we laugh, he claims that he doesn't doze off.

I’ve always said, “A wise consumer is an educated consumer”. This is very apparent in my clothes shopping.

Friends, family, co-workers are shelling out top dollar for name brand clothes they may wear once or twice. Me on the other hand, go shopping about every 3 weeks and buys top of the line garments. I wear them for about 21 – 29 days and return them for a full refund. At that point, the cycle repeats itself as I buy a whole new wardrobe with the intent to return within 30 days.

One may ask – are keeping the tags on a problem? I say absolutely not. Tags can be hidden in sleeves, covered with a vest, covered with an untucked shirt, covered with a sling, ace bandage or even a fanny pack. I simply don’t understand why more people don’t do this?

yea i have a really annoying sister that is 10. she thinks that she is soooooooo funny but is not just really gross. she farts alot and burps to. her and her friend abby they are like the same. scarry. she also looks at my diary and tells all of her friends what is in it. she told them my BAD GRADES and i wanted to KILL HER. she also goes in my bra drower and tries to wair them even though she has NOTHING THEIR! weaird and scarry. i was just wondering if anyone else had that problem to tell me. ttyl

My upstairs neighbors enjoy having rather loud sex at 4am in the morning. I'm happy that someone in the building is getting their grove on but I personally enjoy sleep at that hour. My landlord is doing nothing about this. What should I do?
