He's not an employee-employee, we just call him up when we need something done to our computers. My boss and I take pix of him slobbering all over the desk. He's not Narcoleptic, he just doesn't get enough sleep because he parties all night long. ANd we laugh, he claims that he doesn't doze off.

When he is asleep, get a wooden clip board. Stand it up on the bottom end on some flat surface nearby. Slam it down flat against the desk like your slamming a door. It makes a huge slap that is quite startling.

Sit empty plates(that are used)around him, and tell him that he ate the stuff that was on it. Or put a dab of shaving cream, or whipped cream on his hand and the tickle his nose, he will reach up with the hand to scratch his nose and get the cream all over his self. Be sure to use his dominate hand.

LOL you should toilet paper his head to the keyboard LOL or tape a sign to his back that says kick me.. juvenile stuff like that, that would be funny but not cruel.
oh wait things to wake him up.. get one of those noise maker things, or call the phone closest to him while hes sleeping and say "what are you wearing" LOL that'll freak him out!

One of those handheld air horns works well.
I always kept one on hand, you'd be surprised how much you can use one of those.
