I’ve always said, “A wise consumer is an educated consumer”. This is very apparent in my clothes shopping.

Friends, family, co-workers are shelling out top dollar for name brand clothes they may wear once or twice. Me on the other hand, go shopping about every 3 weeks and buys top of the line garments. I wear them for about 21 – 29 days and return them for a full refund. At that point, the cycle repeats itself as I buy a whole new wardrobe with the intent to return within 30 days.

One may ask – are keeping the tags on a problem? I say absolutely not. Tags can be hidden in sleeves, covered with a vest, covered with an untucked shirt, covered with a sling, ace bandage or even a fanny pack. I simply don’t understand why more people don’t do this?

Why waste time and money and gas driving back and forth to the store every 30 days when you can buy some clothes and wear them for years?

How do you WASH them with the tags still on? Do you wear them for a month without laundering them...nasty. I'm going to start sniffing clothes before I buy them to make sure there is no evidence of body odor. And to use an ACE bandage to cover a tag, that is crazy! I buy clothing on sale, and wear them until they don't fit or fall apart, lol.

P.S. why get top of the line garments just to cover them up with a fanny pack? who wears fanny packs anyway???

It's called integrity. Nobody does that, and besides you'll have to worry about it getting dirty and stuff. Just work hard and buy your own clothes. Dont you think the stores salespeople would notice you returning things every month?? Don't be cheap

It would get tiring taking them back and clothes shopping all the time. You also need to keep thinking up excuses when asking for refunds.

Do unto others is my motto.

If I were a seller of clothing, I wouldn't want someone like you (who is obviously a person who takes advantage of others) to shop in my store.

So you don't wash the clothes, right? So you're wearing smelly unwashed clothes with scratchy tags in them? Fun...
