I was barely sitting down when I heard a voice from
the other stall saying: "Hi, how are you?"

I'm not the type to start a conversation in the men's
restroom but I don't know what got into me, so I answered,
somewhat embarrassed,
"Doin' just fine!"

And the other guy says: "So what are you up to?"

What kind of question is that? At that point, I'm
thinking this is too bizarre so I say: "Uhhh, I'm like you, just traveling!"

At this point I am just trying to get out as fast as I can when I hear another question.

"Can I come over?"

Ok, this question is just too weird for me but I figured I could
just be polite and end the conversation. I tell him, "No........I'm a little busy right now!!!"

Then I hear the guy say nervously...

"Listen, I'll have to call you back. There's an idiot in the other
stall who keeps answering all my questions!!!"

I have too much to say about this crazy neighbor we have, I can write all day. The main thing that pisses me off though, is she makes false complaints to the manager. This past week she tells the manager that we're always drinking, smoking and having parties. I'm 19, my wife's 19, and my son is 2 years old. We talked to the manager and said we don't drink, we're too young to even buy alcohol, we hardly have anybody over, and I smoke on the patio which is on the other side of the apt from where the lady's patio is. She came up to see our apt. and realized it was perfect :) so she basically told the lady I don't see anything wrong.
Is there anything I can do about this person?

the other day at a get together i brought the new guy i am dating..and they always complain

"HOW come i always get the HOTT guys when they are the models, and they should get the hott guys"

i do admit eversince after highschool all the guys i have dated happen to be gorgues..but i got them with my bubbly sweet personality..and i pretty cute too..but just not as pretty as them..

should i be offended that they wonder why i always get the hott guys? just because they are models they should get the guy?

My officemate hates the smell of boiled eggs. One morning, I brought a boiled egg to work for breakfast but I waited to eat it while she was out on a smoke break, plus I also put the shells in a small plastic bag to eliminate the smell as much as possible and to respect her dislike for the smell. When she returned from break, she was upset that I had eaten the egg and began to spray Oust spray. I politely asked her not to "overspray" because the chemical "fog" triggered my migraines and I already had a mild headache that day. She continued to spray.

At one time, I considered this woman a friend and shared after office hour activities and even invited her to my home on many occasions. After she appeared to purposely try to trigger a migraine by continuing to spray, I no longer consider her a friend.

The office atmosphere is tense to say the least. We used to have a relaxed, fun atmosphere with frequent laughter. Now we rarely speak all day.

What would YOU do?

if i physically hurt someone who more or less did the same by supplying dope to my girlfriend, knowing that that was her weakness, does that make me the good guy for caring enough to do something about it or does that make me a sucker for not just walking away and count my losses...the law is not an option because snitches are not only lower than low,but when the punk in question is a known snitch, the tables can be turned very quick and then guess who is in the trick bag?

Is hanging up on someone the ultimate in rudness that should not be tolorated, or should it be forgiven? If its forgivable, who should be the one to make first contact; the person who hung up, or the person who was hung up on???

Nothing did not happen. It was after a party and I was tipsy. So he had an extra room that I slept in. Today it feels very very akward. I don't understand why because nothing didn’t happen. Any thoughts??

My husband and I have been invited to dinner at a co-worker's house. There are about 6 couples in total attending. The email invite sounded semi-formal, certainly not casual.

I asked the host if there was anything I could bring. The reply was, "No, I think my wife has everything taken care of." Normally, I would show up with a bottle of wine after that response. However, you don't show up at this particular house with wine. The husband is a wine connoisseur. He works part-time in a wine shop, and is the resident wine expert around the office.

Is it rude to show up empty-handed? The only other thing I can think of to bring is fresh flowers. Any other ideas?

I have noticed that through out the world, there is a new philosophy that rules.
It is a philospophy that we should do everything as wrong as we can and that punishing those who desirve it should mean being punished back!

It is like me slapping you, and you tell the police, and I slap you for telling the police. I justify that it is only fiar because you counter attacked me, so I should *counter* attack you back.

It is just like going to the lavatory and having a crap and you flush it, to find that the lavatory spits the crap back into your asse again.

What philosophy is this and how should I respond to it, noting that the more that I do to reach a state of balance, the more imbalanced it gets?

I seem to have attracted one on here. She answered one of my questions very rudely, so I answered like for like. Now she just won't go away, answering questions that i have answered already with insulting references to me. She is also checking any questions I have answered and down thumbing me on all of them. I know its her because of her limited intelligence, she answers almost EVERY question herself afterwards!!!A lot of the questions are in sections she would never go in usually, or are a couple of days old so I know thats what she is doing!! Now, I am trying to rise above this, but it is becoming annoying. She will probably pop up on here in a bit!

I am a 16 year old guy and my family is into nudism. We were raised in the nudist environment but how do I talk to my parents about an embarrassing situation. My aunt Dawn had me and my sister over at her house while my parents were out of town. They have an outside pool and a fenced in backyard. Well as usual, we go nude often as they are into the nudist lifestyle as well. The thing that happened here that is weird is that my Aunt Dawns 13 year old daughter Amanda was walking around nude and this time I got an erection. I know that is nasty cause she is my cousin and I felt really guilty but I got hard when I saw her bare butt. Well now my aunt is angry with me as she saw it and I got scolded. What do I tell my parents? How do I approach them? If I don't my aunt will.

There is a guy in my office who has many disgusting personal habits, the worst of which is blowing his nose in a very loud and revolting way EVERY morning. It's absolutely repulsive. I feel that this type of nose blowing should be done in private, and it makes me angry that we all have to be a party to it every morning. What should we do?

I have a crush on this girl who also likes me. We both know that we both like each other. But she is overly shy and is close to her friends and almost no one else knows her well. I am also very good friends with her friends, but haven't gotten a chance to be around her in specific because of extreme akwardness. My good friend is her good friends boyfriend. Can someone tell me how I might be able to get closer to her?

Hey all got a strange problem going on here. I recently found out I have terminal cancer. I thought it would be helpfull if I did my funeral arrangements now that way my family won't have to do it later, I found a casket and tombstone I really like the design/color etc and got the spot in the cemetary next to my parents. Now the problem is my wife and my brothers all don;t like the casket I picked out it's bronze colored with a fishing scene on the inside of the lid, showing a lone fisherman fly casting into a stream and under the picture is the verse from the bible that says "come with me and I shall make you fishers of men" and the stone I picked is black marble with the same thing on it along with my name and the dates. Everyone here knows I'm a lifelong fisherman. My wife and brothers say I should go with a plain coffin and stone since thats more traditional. Do you all see any problem with my choices for the coffin and stone?

I have a friend who did this and I thought it was sort of tacky. But how else would you let people know where you're registered? Especially if everyone lives far apart and don't really know one another. (?)

Also, do you think it's okay to register for gifts if you've been living together for a number of years before the wedding??
