I have a crush on this girl who also likes me. We both know that we both like each other. But she is overly shy and is close to her friends and almost no one else knows her well. I am also very good friends with her friends, but haven't gotten a chance to be around her in specific because of extreme akwardness. My good friend is her good friends boyfriend. Can someone tell me how I might be able to get closer to her?

There are many way's you can choose BUT there is one way works correctly , friend !
You can do it easily just with a magical sentence .
I'm sure this sentence is more than a miracle and that's : I Love YOU !!!!
So get right into it and don't think that your friends can help !!!
BCZ , Love is somthin' needs courage !
If now you don't say it then tell me who should do that ?
And also I think girls often like men who show their courage and it mean's you have a brave heart , too .
And be sure first step always stay in mind !
Well if you really love her , let her know !
It's the most beautiful moment you've never seen in your whole life , when you tell her I LOVE YOU.
Try to do it with some amazing works like , invaitin' her for a dinner ,
Tellin' her when you are dancing !
Or make a plan to see her somwhere accidently ( of course that's just a plan ) and then do somthing she likes ,
Send her email , E cards ,
Take her to a calm place and talk her ...
And if you wanna improve yourself , saying romantic words, practise infront of a mirror ....
Or get help from useful books ...
I'm sure these can help but the choice is yours.

Well i should tell you that i am the same i am a guy but i am overly shy with girls !! i don't know why but i guess it's my nature any way ... do ask her out don't mess up and get her confused ! at the beginning go out in a double date you and her good friend any way try to take her to a place where she have been there before some where she likes try to make a good conversation with her talk with her about thing she likes any thing she likes or you have in common ... If you see her that she got used to you and that then ask her out alone as a normal date .. and all i can say is good luck with the girl and I hope you the best with her :)

I think that the idea of a double date with the other couple will alleviate any stress that she may have from being shy. You should definitely go on a double date or do something as a group.

set up a double date with your good friend.....duh
and dont go to the movies because you cant talk much there. go bowling or ice skating or something.
at least she'll feel comfortable with her friend there. it wont be as awkward as going out alone for the first time.
