I have too much to say about this crazy neighbor we have, I can write all day. The main thing that pisses me off though, is she makes false complaints to the manager. This past week she tells the manager that we're always drinking, smoking and having parties. I'm 19, my wife's 19, and my son is 2 years old. We talked to the manager and said we don't drink, we're too young to even buy alcohol, we hardly have anybody over, and I smoke on the patio which is on the other side of the apt from where the lady's patio is. She came up to see our apt. and realized it was perfect :) so she basically told the lady I don't see anything wrong.
Is there anything I can do about this person?

We did try to be nice to her. My wife went over to introduce her self, she knocked on the door the lady yelled who is it! my wife said i'm your neighbor. the lady said and! what do you want!. My wife: i just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. She yelled Hi, anything else! My wife: no, nice to meet you have a good night. All this and the lady never even opened her door!

No, not really much you can do except do what you are doing with the manager. Just keep your place clean like you are doing and don't disturb the others and you are good.
Some people are just born complainers. Ignore her is what I would say. You have nothing to worry as long as you are not causing disruptions.

Sometimes strange people like to stir up trouble when they don't have anything better to do. Instead of turning it into a war, try befriending the lady. I don't mean best friend or anything, just take a little time to be nice to her, mabe make her some cookies or something. If she finds that you guys are actually likeable, she may stop her false complaints. Is she elderly? Sometimes elderly people imagine young people to be wild partiers, even if you're not. Are there people in other apartments, she could be mistaking you for their loudness? It's always better to try the nice approach first.

Basically I would document all these false accusations against you. It's obvious she is trying to get you out of there for some reason, so she is not going to stop until she succeeds. Just keep on handling your business...which is taking care of your family, paying your rent on time...and ignoring your crazy a$$ neighbor. You guys are young... both 19 years old...married and taking of your child together...that is rare...She is probably just hating on you because she is going home alone to her cats. Keep doing your thing and don't let her get under your skin!!!!

Yes. Go to your town city hall and get a letter from the mayors office or make an complaint. There will be action taken and she wil be served papers and then you can take to court. Good Luck.

yeah, he sounds like he isn't in his top innovations. you ought to use the annoying attitude, there's a asserting that declares "in case you could no longer beat the enemy, connect the enemy" ...nicely...attempt chatting with him like if he replaced into general, may be giving him a fruit or something to win him over (it relatively is the way I used to handle loopy human beings and drunks LOL) after which you clarify him which you do no longer decide for him knocking at your door standard. you will choose relatively some affected person, using fact it wont happen over night. or you ought to use the elementary attitude, and contact the law enforcement officials and function him arrested for Public Disturbance or something like that, they'll take him to the wellness center and function him evaluated (If he hasn't been yet, which I relatively doubt) and may be put in prison.

What? You crazy? NOW you have the green light to do whatever you want. Your landlord already checked out you and your place and saw it was fine, so you can harrass the sh*t out of her now and get away with it! Nobody will believe her...ha ha ha, the perfect plan!! (lol....)

No, there's not much that you can do. Just talk to the manager if she says something. And try to ignore her as much as possible.

i hate those types. shes a hater and an attention whore. tell her to get bent, laid, or whatever her problem is. tell her to go to hell and leave you and your wife alone. you can threaten her with a restraining/harrassment order. the landlord should know better that you guys are straight.
