It seems as I get older my tolerance for rude and stupid people decreases. I work in a total customer service occupation and I need a good come back for people who are rude to me and I can't say anything back that might be rude to them. Go figure. I actually had a lady ask why a piece of mail was sent to the wrong address. No I don't work at the post office. She became irate when I told her that I couldn't answer her question. Please help me, I am rated on my customer service and I'm quickly losing all patience I have dealing with ignorant people. Thank you

My aunt passed away on Saturday, she had a little dog and she always said that if she died she wanted the dog to go with her. So her kids had the dog put to sleep and cremated with her. Now both their ashes will be together in an urn. I respect them honouring her wishes, but I just feel bad that a perfectly healthy , relatively healthy little dog was killed.

I go to a Performing Arts High School for a drama thing for half the day, but they make us take a dance class once a week. I tend to be good when I have good partners, but the problem is one of the girls who is really good has acted really weird towards me and stopped being friendly, but I don't do so well if I don't have a good partner. She's also somewhat attractive, and the only other girl that's pretty attractive never returns my phone calls and hung out with this guy that has a bad attitude before me. Any advice on how I should proceed and what I should do is greatly appreciated, thanks.

I think It is okay to exchange gifts with gift receipts attached so that the recipent can change them if need be. Giving is always a good thing but with Christmas cards especially when you receive them from people who hardly ever talk to you e.g work colleagues, what is the point?

I've already bought my gifts for everyone, including her.....should I return them or give them to her.....I don't want to make her feel bad because she hasn't bought me a gift, but my gifts are already wrapped and ready to go. Whats the proper etiquette?

I've just come home from a work Christmas party, at the start of the day, a work collegue asked if I had a ride to the function, I replied no, We made wishy washy plans and decided to catch a cab in, between phone conversations I had spoken to another collegue he said that he would be more than happy to give me a lift & not her. I descretly went back to the other collegue and she got really upset and was quiet abusive. (I had only started in this position 2 months ago.) I told her that she was in no position to put me down. However she has now created a huge drama & everyone knows about it including my employer. I tried confronting the situation and now she is really nasty. I really don't know how to confront this lady as I now feel rather insecure of my position as I've just started. Everyone agrees that she is in the wrong. What should I do to better this arrangement?

Some tw@t burgled me this weekend and I am surpassing my rage by dreaming of what I would do to the little f*ckers if on the million to one chance I ever caught the sods....any suggestions?

Our purchasing manager is taking home all the good Christmas loot vendors are sending to our office. She said that since they come addressed to her (the only name they have as a contact with our company) they are a perk of her job. I say they are meant for the whole company. She leaves the crappy stuff on the table but good stuff goes straight to her car. Who's right?

A close friend of mine just lost her 7 mo old grandson. The funeral was 100 miles away and I could not attend. I did send a card and money. A mutual friend is now mad at me for not attending. She really laid a guilt trip on me.

There's this chick in my class who acts cute so other guys can do her work. I have no problem with that except she won't stop talking. She constantly YELLS "How do I do this question" or "I don't know what to do next" every two minutes. That lil bugger is irritating the sh*t out of me and I can't think straight (one of the reasons for my low GPA this term). Even my neighboring classmates think so too. What can I do to let her know that she needs to jump off a bridge or dice her tongue out without hurting her feelings?

BTW, this is not a crush. I'm sure you've met someone like this too.
