Ok, apart from my grammar the point is:
English people always say "you should to come for a dinner" but they don't really mean it. Why is that?

not all English people dont mean it, if I only invite if I mean the invitation to be accepted. Perhaps if someone invites you you could reply by saying "oh that would be lovely - when? that way the person knows you really want to go to dinner and are not just being polite by saying yes, without really meaning it, as often happens.

if i am deciphering your grammer correctly i think what you are getting at is why do people always say "we should do dinner sometime" and then never make good on the statement.they only explanation i have for you is that people use it as a way to be polite and friendly. if this happens to you, you should say sure, how about _______ (insert time and day) ? then you will know if they do wanna have dinner and you can make some plans.

or maybe you are asking why when you invite someone over for dinner do they never actually show up, this i cannot answer for you, sorry dude!

Start first to write full word instead of like of text message, and then be clearer in your question.
Maybe you will get some answer.

By the way, inviting someone for dinner doesn't mean to go to bed after ward.

Get real or get relationship with real people.
