You can quickly tuck it out of the way as you stand up so that it is only minimally noticeable. Since the person talking to you is not expecting it, they won't be looking for it and nothing will come of it.
The greater question is what were you thinking about to have the erection in the first place. If your head is in your work, this would not happen. You must be thinking inappropriate thoughts about your female coworkers for you to be so excited at work. Maybe it is good to have such congenial coworkers but you need to focus on the work, not the personal relationships.

To the guys:
I'm sure you think that it's really noticeable and we'd have to be blind not to see, but it's really not that noticeable unless the woman is staring directly at your crotch or your clothing is quite form-fitting.
Try not to worry about it. If she's a lady, even if she notices she won't say anything, and if she does say anything, then you have grounds for harassment. It works both ways. ;)
