Yes, Some morning's I find it difficult and some morning's i'm up at 4am. But I found out I have Chronic Fatigue from my Dr. I wonder if you have a Sleep Clinic where you live to see if they can find out what is wrong.

I have a problem with getting up in the morning too.
The best thing I can think of is for you to get to bed a little earlier.
If you need more than eight hours of sleep a night it would be a good idea to visit your doctor and make sure you don't have some other kind of problem.
I also think if you get in the habit of getting up as soon as the alarm goes off you will start getting used to that.
I don't do snooze alarms, they give me the false hope that I have a little more time to sleep when really I don't.

I know this won't get you up in the morning, but I was watching Good Morning America the other day, (I'm a morning person), and they had a segment on morning vs. nightowls. They say it's a genetic thing and you really can't change it, you can only try and adjust to it, so keep setting that alarm clock, have some tea and/or a shower, and good luck.

Try going to sleep early and devote at least 8 to 10 hours to your sleep. Make sure it's 10 hours from the time you're suppose to wake up. If you want to wake up at 6:40 like you said, with problem, go to sleep at 9 pm.

Sorry, the problem is with you and nothing else. You are not motivated to wake up! Only you can wake yourself up, nobody else. It's good that you loved your work, noticed that even the owner comes in earlier than you and that you had better do something before they kicked you out. Let these scare you, let them be the motivating factors that you need to wake up on time. Set your alarm accordingly and the moment it rings, tell yourself YOU NEED TO WAKE UP OR ELSE ... (troubles)! Alarm on your mobile set to a favourite tune (or radio clock/alarm to your favourite station) helps. I love this part of the morning - waking up to my favourite tune. Good luck.

You have a severe problem and it will not get better unless you do something about it.
If you have to get up early then you must train yourself to do it, no one else will help if all you are going to do is shout and abuse others who are only trying to help.
If you keep abusing them they will stop altogether and you will have no friends, no job, no money and no social life.
Have a serious think about this situation and as you are the only person that has a fix for it, you choose.

i have the same problem, but not this bad. urs is gianormous!
i suggest u get the kind of T.V with an alarm in it and get huge speakers. Sleep right next to the speakes, or better still - on top of them, set the volume maximum on any channel and if ur not dead, i assure u , u'll wake up. once ur up, get out of bed and dont sleep till ur at work.
a bit expensive, but for ur problem, i suggest u try it.

Drink something before you go to sleep so you have to pee when you wake up.
Sleep with the lights on or turn them on before you hit the snooze.
Regular sleep hours. Try a 15 minute walk each night before bedtime.
