I've always thought that walking on the sidewalk should be like driving on the road. So people should walk on right, not left, side, right? Or am I just being cranky?

My doctor told me I don't have to share this with anyone because it usually clears the system and it will not affect my future partner. However, I want to share this information with him at some point and am unsure of the right timing. It is also important to note that we are not sleeping together yet.

If the question is do you like (baby name, type of food, red kites?) Do you assume the asker does also & answer as such? (ex. If you like that you suck!) Or if the question is what would you do in "this situation" do you assume asker is going thru something similar to what they ask of you?

We didn't know the young woman that passed away but we do know many people who did. She was 17 yrs. old, a senior in high school, and a member of students against drunk driving...which by the way... she died at the hands of a drunk driver! My family would like to send a card to them just to let them know we care. My question is...What can I write in it? We don't know the family. We are just sympathetic members of the community. Please help me??

Situation: my colleagues want to go out for a drink. I don't drink alkohol for health reasons. How can I still come with them and don't look strange drinking Coke while they order expensive wine? What can I say not to be embarassed and still to show respect to the group? In Germany, drinking together is seen a sign of mutual respect, so not drinking looks pretty awkward. How can you say "no" to alkohol and "yes" to being the member of the group? The problem is that saying about health or personal reasons for not drinking is seen as a weakness or egoism.

The first time this happened to me I was insulted! I started to notice that everyone was being call "guys", even a group of girls in bikinis, so I didn't feel so bad. Whatever happened to "guys and gals" or "guys and dolls"? Are we becoming a unisex society?

When you are on the receiving end of oral sex, aren't you required to let the other person know when you are gonna let loose? Like maybe a little tap on the head?
