Give your teacher the benifit of the doubt and treat your teacher with respect. Have an attitude that you are willing to learn from your teacher and go from there. Ask some questions, but raise your hand first. Be witty but not the class clown.

Good luck and have a great time learning!!!!

Well first and foremost Respect is the most important factor. But the law of the world is give and take respect. If the teacher is an obnoxious fool, well then there are exceptions.

probly with respect like most of the ppl said....

BUT....

You Know that while at school.....probly everyone takes the mick out of one teacher or the other at some point....and its perfectly normal.....

when u are young u dont think about respect BUT u are more concerned about being cool!!!.....

(I think when u come to uni u are more mature and u do give that respect..because the lecturers treat u as a grown up and not a kid!!!)

Do you really need to ask?! I find it shocking that you don't know. Your teacher is there to help you, so treat them with the respect they deserve. A good start would be if you learned to spell "you".

I agree with most everyone here, no easier way to put it, treat teachers with RESPECT....I think sometimes, students forget that teachers are people too, they have problems and live one day at a time, like everyone else.......Take care!

you should treat them with respect. you should be polite and listen to what they say to you. If you treat them this way you will in turn earn their respect and have a much happier time at school.

With the same respect and dignity I would ask for. If my teacher would not show me such respect or dignity, I would give it to them anyway, as my attitude towards them would make others realize the undeserved treatment I was receiving.

Respect their experiences, while be careful of their mistakes. Also remember that you would always go ahead of the last generation in the future.

With respect and attentiveness; unless their decorum & behaivior dictate otherwise. Then, I'd report it.
