Do nothing. Why do you care?

That's nasty! Who wants hot gingivitis and plaque residue in their microwave, gross...You need to tell your supervisor about this. That is a public microwave for food use only. I swear some people are being raised by Neanderthals according to some of the questions on this 'Etiquette' board.

If you really understood all of the germs that are on things that normally go in to the microwave, you would not be so upset.

If it bothers you that much, just ask the person why.
To be honest, I think you are making a mountain out of a mole hill.

For God's sake whatever you do, do not be one of these types that have to leave anonymous notes or turn them in to their supervisor.

eeww!!! why would you microwave it? Did they wipe down the inside of the microwave after wards? I would definitely tell a supervisor or leave an anonymous note to the person that it is not sanitary to do that.

That is gross, just as bad as washing your toothbrush in the dishwasher. Just buy a new one. They are not that expensive

nothing. why would you do anything? people microwave weird things....what is the harm in his microwaving his toothbrush?

2006-10-02 13:05:43 · answer #7 · answered by Anonymous · 1 0

Tell him that you aren't fond of his method of sanitation.
Ask him politely to stop.

If he continues-inform your supervisor.
Who may or may not care.

You can always avoid the microwave and the tooth brush psycho.

So?
Do you think the germs will survive the microwaves?

if he had it laying on a napkin or something say nothing. It's a great way to kill germs. If he didn't suggest that he does so in the future
