At our game today, a 7 year old apparently called my 8 eight old stupid. I didn't hear it, but I did hear my 8 year old say "your stupid". I immediately took her by the arm out of cheerleading formation and had her sit down. She swears that she didn't say it first and that the other little girl lied (the other little girl's Mom was sitting right next to us and we are both cheer coaches). I told my little girl that I did not hear her say that and even if she did, that she should not have called her stupid back.

We spend 45 minutes on the ride home from the game arguing about why the 7 year old did not get in trouble and why she did.

I can't really approach this mother, but I know that my daughter is not a liar. She can be antagonistic, but she doesn't lie. What should I do....or should I just drop it?

There's very little space between my house and my neighbor's. His bedroom window faces my living room windows. This neighbor is very quiet EXCEPT when he practices his drums in his bedroom, and I'm not exaggerating. It penetrates my living room windows and I even hear it into my bedroom. Today I was in my bedroom and I heard the drums and went into my living room and oh boy, it is so loud. About four weeks ago, I asked him in person in a very nice way to figure something else out because I hear the drums clearly in my living room, but he's back to doing it. Any suggestions? I know he's in the privacy of HIS home, but sadly, these drums penetrate in to my home.

I'm 19 now and am in college.

I still dont know how to drive and my father has been "teaching" me since I was 16, but he's very impatient, loud and other wise rude. Even for a driver's instructor ( which, by the way he's not certified, he just happens to think he knows).I cant stand being in a car with him, and hate drivers lessons with him.
I have this opportunity to do driver's ed at my college , I was thinking about doing it while Im up here just because , well, it might be better to learn from a professional than anyone else. I was thinking of learning on my own and not sharing it with my dad cause im kinda scared of him. In the end, once I learn how to drive, it really doesnt matter how mad he feels,I'll still know how to drive. And driving is that thing that will pay for itself again and agian, so its worth my money. Im 19 and in college, I should be old enough to make some decision by myself right?
anyway, yes my sityuation is crazy, dont judge, just please help me.
=D
thnx!!

Living alone (now) makes this an easy one for me, but the Mom and Dad still visit, which is good but they have thier own bath which is also good.

I read this in the newspaper this week, I thought is was pretty good: "What you sometimes mistake for a person who takes criticism well is simply a person who is convinced that you're dead wrong and not worth correcting!"

and if it ever happened? Would you pay an extra $200 bucks to be on that flight? I would!!! I just returned from a flight from England (to Toronto) and the flight was full OF KIDS...behind me infront of me..some were even running loose up and down the aisles driving everyone crazy. The kid behind me kept kicking his chair and when I asked-polietly-for him to stop his mom said "hes bored what do you want him to do?" I almost ripped her head off. The flight attendent had to ask that brat to stop! and the one in front kept turning around and saying HI...ok you've said it 10 times!!not cute anymore.Either say something else or turn the F**K around. Am I alone in this? Input please weather you agree or not.

I have a friend with a special tallent. He can play music on his armpitt. One day a bunch of us were over at his place and someone brought it up. Not everyone wanted to see, so he and those of us who did went into another room where he proceeded to demonstrate his weird tallent. The people who were not involved barged in and saw him, then complained about how gross it was.
